Yoshi finally made his decision!
The condominium he is going to buy is in Bloor St. × Yonge St. where one of the most popular places to hang around in downtown is.
That’s funny, the building is not yet built but its builder started to sell the suites beforehand. If making purchase on pre-construction condominium (and townhouse, e.t.c.), they give you better offer. 10 ? 20% off the price of post-construction “basically.” You, or your realtor, could bargain more for it.
Yoshi’s condo will be completed in the autumn of 2006.
I hope it will go as precisely the same as the plan they introduced us. You know, that was the only clue we had to make the decision. There is no building to check in person yet and, you may not believe it, it is said that they are prone to break their words! Every brochure we got from the sales offices said that the prices and the conditions are subject to change. It means they don’t want to guarantee the quality of the building that are explained in the brochure. Isn’t it possible that they exaggerate the luxuriousness to lure tenants?
Oh, no one knows it will be perfect until the building comes out in 2 years.
On the other hand, I am quite excited about the condo.
Even though we won’t move in, the future home makes me feel thrilled.
