Shopping at COSTCO

While shopping at Costco, I saw a nicely dressed lady walking towards the Coke machines, with 3 or 4 empty cups of Coke in her bag.
The bag was from Gap.
So, I assumed that she was bringing the empty cups of cokes from outside.
Later when while eating ice-cream outside, I saw the same lady, with the same Gap bag, with some filled Coke cups inside.
I wonder why people, despite having money, become so cheap!

コストコにショッピングに行った時、素敵な女性が３～４個の空のコカコーラカップを紙袋に入れてソフトドリンクマシーンに近づいて行くのを見ました。
紙袋は「GAP]でした。
たぶん彼女は空のコカコーラカップを外から持って来たのだと思います。
その後、私が外でアイスクリームを食べていたら、その女性を見ました！
GAPの紙袋の中には、コカコーラがいっぱい入っていました！
お金ががない訳ではないのに…なぜ、そんなことを？？？？
