帯と着物地のティッシュボックスカバー

こんにちは、横浜青葉台の着物リメイク・着物リフォームの『ギャラリー瑠璃門／るりもん』です！

手織りの帯と着物地をお預かりして２種のティッシュボックスカバーをお作りしました。
お母さまの大事なお着物と帯だったそうで、計6ケ、ご親戚にお配りされるそうです。
帯の柄は思い切って使い切ることでご了解を得て計４ケ出来ました。着物地からは2ケ。それぞれ帯裏（紫）、着物裏（赤）を組み合わせてとてもおしゃれでしっかりしたティッシュボックスカバーが仕上がりました。
残った着物地からカードケースをお作りする予定です。
ティシュボックスって必ずお部屋にひとつあると思うので、いつも目にしていただけたら嬉しいですね。

We received a tomesode featuring a magnificent phoenix in flight and tailored it into a long vest. We placed the center of the pattern at the front center (normally, we position the pattern center slightly off-center) to emphasize its dynamic quality. It was a great success! The result is a garment that beautifully showcases the powerful and striking pattern. We used buttons that you provided, and they were perfect in both size and atmosphere. Thank you very much!

鳳凰柄の留袖からロングベスト

こんにちは、横浜青葉台の着物リメイク・着物リフォームの『ギャラリー瑠璃門／るりもん』です！

豪華な鳳凰が羽ばたいている留袖をお預かりして、ロングベストをお仕立てしました。
前中心に柄の真ん中を置いて（普段、柄の中心は少し真ん中から外すようにしています）ダイナミックさをアピールしました。
大成功！とても迫力のある柄が生かされた一着になりました。
ボタンはお手持ちの物を使わせていただきましたが、これがまた大きさも雰囲気もぴったりでした。
ありがとうございました！

春をすっ飛ばして夏のような気候になったかと思うと、今日はしとしとと雨が降り気温もぐっと下がって３月の寒さだそうです。
本当に、毎日着るものに悩みますね。今回ご紹介するのは綿100％のシワ加工されたブラウスです。
シワ加工されているのでもちろんアイロン要らず。綿100％の肌触りの良さを堪能でき、一年中活躍してくれそうです。
綺麗な淡いピンク色も特徴です！

I received a summer ro weave kimono and tailored it into a single-layer long blouse.
The transparency of the ro kimono fabric is one of its most charming features. I deliberately made it as a single layer without lining. Depending on what you wear underneath, it can be styled either casually or more formally. The front center has a clean seam with one button at the neck. The flowing silhouette is absolutely lovely. Of course, it can be hand-washed, making it a perfect layer for protection against air conditioning or direct sunlight during the hot summer months!

絽の着物からロングブラウスをリメイク

夏用の絽の着物をお預かりして一重のロングブラウスをお仕立てしました。
絽の着物は透け感があるのがとても魅力的です。敢えて裏地はつけずに一重仕立て。中に組み合わせる洋服次第でカジュアルにもフォーマルっぽくもお召し頂けます。前中心は突き合わせにしてネックに１ボタン。ひらりとしたシルエットがとても素敵です。もちろん手洗いしていただけるので。暑い夏のクーラー除け・直射日光除けにもとても重宝です！

Remaking a one-piece dress from a kasuri (ikat) kimono.

I received a hand-woven kasuri kimono and remade it into an unlined dress. Kasuri (ikat) refers to fabric where the vertical threads are tied and dyed before weaving. When the horizontal threads are tied and dyed before weaving, it's called yoko-gasuri (horizontal ikat).
The material is hemp. Since it's thick, it doesn't easily become transparent or wrinkle, so I made it single-layered without lining so it can be worn during midsummer and is washable.
The design was based on the customer's favorite dress which was brought as a sample. The customer also removed buttons from a dress they used to wear and brought them along.
What a wonderful recycling and remaking spirit!

経絣の着物からワンピースをリメイク

こんにちは、横浜青葉台の着物リメイク・着物リフォームの『ギャラリー瑠璃門／るりもん』です！

手織りの経絣の着物をお預かりして一重のワンピースをリメイクしました。
経絣とは、縦方向の糸をあらかじめ括ってから染め分けて織り上げたもの。横方向の糸をあらかじめ括ってから染め分けて織り上げたものは横絣と言います。
素材は麻。肉厚なので透けにくくシワにもなりにくいので、真夏もお召し頂いてお洗濯できるように裏地は付けずに一重仕立てにしました。
デザインはお客様のお気に入りワンピースをサンプルとして。ボタンも昔着ていたワンピースのボタンを外してお持ちになられました。
素晴らしいリサイクル・リメイク精神です！
