ピラティス体験レッスン

金曜日はピラティスの体験レッスンへ。
ヨガは何度か挑戦したけれど、ピラティスは初体験。

初体験の人のためということで、呼吸法や本当に基礎の動きが中心。
腹式ではなく胸呼吸というのが大変難しかったです。。
でも、なんだかとてもすっきりしたみたいで、首のこりなどが治ったような？？
続けれれば大変体に効きそうです。
ただ、毎週通うには時間がぎりぎりで厳しい。。
まだまだ何をやるか迷走中。。

昨日に続き今日も真夏日になるそうです。
