Green exercise on Friday morning

It was four degree at nine. I walked to the Inner moat near the city library. I found red leaves at the Inner moat.

The Anamon moat.  It took about 20 minutes for today's walk. I like walking and seeing at green and water.

 

Green exercise on Friday morning

It was 11 degree half past eight this morning. I walked along Nakadobashi.

The central part of these lotus were being removed.

This is near the city library.

I walked from Nakaichi to here. It refreshed my brain.

It was 10 degree at half past eight.  I walked from Nakaichi to Inner moat.

Doves were having a break at Nakadobashi.

Red color caught my eyes

We can walk around the Inner moat easily.

I finished the green exercise of Friday morning.

It was 8 degree at nine this Friday morning. I walked a little from the Castle Hotel.

The Ohtemon moat is covered by many lotus.

These trees did not swing by wind this morning.

It was 25 degree half past eight. It was raining. I walked a little.

I could have enjoyed walking more if the weather was fine.

I am reading the book titled "Joy of movement". It is so interesting. I am interested in the movement in green.

Friday morning report from Inner Moat in Senshu Park

It was cloudy this morning. We can walk around the Inner moat.

We can see green a little.

This route is easy to move (barrier-free).

It was 7 degree at about eight o'clock. It was raining. 

I walked a little.

The Akita Museum of Art.

I couldn't see Yojiro's face this morning. Have a good day.

 

日曜朝なかいち駐車場からちょっと散歩しました。

県立美術館に朝日が射していました。今日も与次郎に挨拶してから活動開始です。

冬とは思えない水面です。

朝ウォーキングは、気持ち良さそうです。今日も良い１日にしましょう。

Friday morning report from Akitaekimae

I walked in front of Akita station this morning. This is Ohtemon moat at 8:47.

今年も１年、ありがとうございました。

広小路から千秋公園、秋田駅前を歩いて、気分転換とエネルギー補給ができた１年でした。ありがたいことです。来年もどうぞ宜しくお願いいたします。

It was a year when I was able to refresh my mind and recharge energy by walking from Hirokoji to Senshu Park and Akita Station. I'm grateful. Thank you again next year.
