森の知識探検隊 ～図書館から世界へ～

リスのリッキー、ウサギのウーちゃん、クマのクーちゃんは、知りたいことがあると、森の図書館の司書さんに相談します。

リッキーは、南米の珍しい木の実に興味津々だった。「日本にはない木の実って、どんな形で、どんな味がするんだろう？」南米の図書館から、カシューナッツやドラゴンフルーツなど、不思議な形の木の実の写真と解説が届いた。 リッキーは、「この木の実、どの動物が好きそう？」とワクワク。

ウーちゃんは、月の満ち欠けと植物の成長の関係を知りたかった。「昔の人たちは月の光をどう使って農業をしていたのかな？」中東の図書館から、古代バビロニアの天文記録や、月と農業の関係についての資料が届いた。 ウーちゃんは「古代の知恵と科学がつながっているんだね！」と目を輝かせた。

クーちゃんは、遠い海の深海魚の暮らしに興味があった。「深い海の中って、暗くて寒いけど、どんな魚が生きているんだろう？」北欧の図書館から、大きなダイオウイカや光るチョウチンアンコウの写真と生態の解説が届くと、クーちゃんは夢中になった。

今日４月３０日は、図書館記念日。司書さんのおかげで知識を広げ、楽しい一日を過ごしました。



Forest Knowledge Expedition Team – From the Library to the World


Ricky the Squirrel, U-chan the Rabbit, and Koo-chan the Bear had questions on their minds. So they went to ask the librarian at the forest library.

Ricky was very curious about unusual fruits and nuts from South America. “What do the fruits that do not grow in Japan look like? And what do they taste like?” he wondered. Soon, photos and explanations about cashew nuts, dragon fruits, and other strange-looking treasures arrived from a library in South America. Ricky got so excited that he asked, “I wonder which animals would like these fruits?”

U-chan wanted to know how the phases of the moon affect the growth of plants. “How did people long ago use moonlight for farming?” he asked. Then, records from ancient Babylon and papers about the moon’s role in agriculture arrived from a library in the Middle East. U-chan’s eyes lit up as he said, “Wow! Ancient wisdom and science are connected!”

Koo-chan was interested in the lives of deep-sea fish from faraway oceans. “The deep sea is dark and cold, but what kind of fish live there?” he wondered. Soon, photos and detailed information about giant squids and glowing anglerfish arrived from a library in Northern Europe. Koo-chan was completely fascinated.

Today, April 30 is Library Anniversary. Thanks to the librarian, they expanded their knowledge and had a wonderful day.

リズムで語る森の知恵 ～動物たちの踊る哲学～

リスのリッキー、ウサギのウーちゃん、クマのクーちゃんが、伝統舞踊を披露します。

リッキーは「しっぽ舞踊」。「リスのダンスは、しっぽの動きがすべて！」とリッキーは堂々と語ります。 くるくると素早く動きながら、しっぽを優雅に揺らし、森の風の流れを表現します。「これは、風の中でもバランスを取る知恵！」と説明しながら、華麗にターン。

ウーちゃんは「跳ね踊り」。「ウサギの舞踊は、素早く動いて危険を避ける！」ウーちゃんは軽やかにステップを踏みます。 ピョンピョンと飛びながら、周りの気配を察知し、俊敏に方向転換する技を披露します。「自然とともに生きるには、周囲をよく感じることが大事なんだ！」と誇らしげに語ります。

クーちゃんは「大地の舞い」。「クマのダンスは、ゆっくりとした動きで時間を感じる！」クーちゃんは力強く足を踏み鳴らします。 重厚なステップを踏み、森の四季の流れを体全体で表現しながら、深い呼吸をします。「この舞踊は、時を急がず、自然の流れを受け入れる知恵だよ！」とにっこり。

今日4月29日は、国際ダンスデー。伝統舞踊で、森と生きる大切な知恵を感じて、楽しい一日を過ごしました。



Rhythms of the Forest – The Dancing Wisdom of Animals


Ricky the Squirrel, U-chan the Rabbit, and Koo-chan the Bear are performing their special dances.

Ricky’s "Tail Dance" “Squirrels dance with their tails!” Ricky says proudly. He twirls and moves quickly, swaying his tail like the wind in the forest. “This helps us keep our balance, even in strong winds!” he explains, spinning with grace.

U-chan’s "Hopping Dance" “Rabbits dance by hopping and avoiding danger!” U-chan says with excitement. He jumps and changes direction fast, always aware of what’s around him. “To live in nature, we must notice everything!” he says, feeling proud.

Koo-chan’s "Earth Dance" “Bears dance slowly to feel the rhythm of time,” Koo-chan explains. He steps firmly, making deep sounds with his paws, showing the change of seasons in his movements. “This dance teaches us to be patient and move with nature’s flow!” he says with a smile.

Today is April 29, International Dance Day. Through their special dances, the animals celebrate the wisdom of living in harmony with nature and enjoy a wonderful day together.

森の安全フェス ～働く動物たちの知恵～

リスのリッキー、ウサギのウーちゃん、クマのクーちゃんが、安全について語ります。

リッキーは、高所作業の安全を守ります。「僕たちリスは高いところが大好き！でも、安全帯を忘れたら大ピンチだ！」リッキーは木の上に登り、カチッと安全帯を装着します。「よし、これで安心！」 すると、安全帯を忘れた仲間がひょいっと飛び降りそうになり、「ちょっと待ったー！それはダメ！」と慌てて注意します。

ウーちゃんは、聴覚保護の重要性を伝えます。「騒音がすごいと、大事な音がぜんっぜん聞こえない！」 ピンと耳を立てて騒音の中で耳栓を装着。「これで集中できるぞ！」 しかし、耳栓をつけたまま仲間の呼びかけを聞き逃し、「え？なんか言った？？」とキョロキョロします。

クーちゃんは、腰の安全を守ります。「重いものを持つときは、無理せずコツを使うんだ！」 膝を曲げてゆっくり丸太を持ち上げます。「よいしょっと！楽に運べるぞ！」 ところが、休まず働き続けた仲間が腰を痛め、「ほら、休むのも立派な安全対策！」とごろんと横になります。

今日4月28日は、労働安全衛生世界デー。動物たちは安全対策を披露し、楽しい一日を過ごしました。



Forest Safety Fest – The Wise Ways of Animal Workers


Ricky the Squirrel, U-chan the Rabbit, and Koo-chan the Bear talk about being safe.

Ricky shows how to work safely high up. “We squirrels love climbing high, but if you forget your safety belt, it can be a big disaster!” he exclaims as he climbs a strong tree and clicks his safety belt on with care. “Alright, now I’m safe!” Suddenly, one friend who forgot his belt almost jumps off, and Ricky shouts, “Wait a minute! You can’t do that!”

U-chan explains why protecting your ears is so important. “When it’s really noisy, you might miss the important sounds!” he says. Standing up straight, he carefully puts on his earplugs. “Now I can concentrate!” But while wearing his earplugs, he misses a friend calling out and looks around, “Huh? Did someone say something?”

Koo-chan teaches everyone about taking care of your back. “When lifting something heavy, you must use the right technique!” he explains. He bends his knees and slowly lifts a heavy log. “Heave-ho! I can lift this easily!” However, a friend who kept working without a break hurt his back. Koo-chan adds, “See? Taking a break is an important safety tip!” as he lies down for a rest.

Today, April 28 is World Occupational Safety and Health Day. The animal friends share their safety tips and have a very fun day!

森の賢者たち ～知を味わい、聞き、感じる～

リスのリッキー、ウサギのウーちゃん、クマのクーちゃんは、知を愛します。

リッキーは、認識論を考えます。しっぽを揺らしながら、「本当に美味しい木の実を知るには、かじって、香りを嗅いで、味わうしかありません！」と次々に木の実を試します。「記憶だけではダメ、今この瞬間の味が大切です！」隠したはずの木の実が見つからず、「記憶、ちょっと曖昧かも…？」と困ります。

ウーちゃんは、存在論を研ぎ澄まします。ピンと耳を立て、「危険を察知するために耳を鋭くし、素早く動きます。この鼓動こそ、ここにいる証です！」風の音に反応し、跳び上がると、「ここにいます！この瞬間こそが存在なんです！」「存在、ちょっと目立ちすぎたかも…？」と苦笑いします。

クーちゃんは、時間論をつぶやきます。「春は目覚め、夏は食べ、秋は蓄え、冬は眠ります。時間は、季節のめぐりです。」と語ります。ゆっくりと木の実を味わい、川を見つめて魚を探しながら、「時は急ぐものではなく、流れるものです…」とごろんと横になり、「今の時間、止めてもいいですか？」。

今日4月27日は、哲学の日。動物たちはそれぞれの哲学を語り、楽しい一日を過ごしました。



The Forest Sages: Tasting, Listening, and Feeling Knowledge


Ricky the squirrel, U-chan the rabbit, and Koo-chan the bear love learning new things.

Ricky thinks about how we really know what something is. Wiggling his tail, he says, "To really taste a yummy nut, you must bite it, smell it, and taste it!" He tries one nut after another. "Just remembering isn’t enough—you have to enjoy the flavor right now!" But then, the nut he hid is missing, and he exclaims, "My memory might be a little fuzzy!"

U-chan listens carefully to the world around him. With his ears perked up, he says, "I move fast to stay safe, and my heartbeat shows that I am here!" When he hears the soft sound of the wind, he jumps up and proudly says, "I am here! Right now, I truly exist!" Then he giggles and adds, "Maybe I made too much noise!"

Koo-chan speaks softly about time. "In spring, we wake up; in summer, we eat; in autumn, we gather food; and in winter, we sleep. Time flows like the changing seasons," he explains gently. As he slowly enjoys a nut and watches the river for fish, he murmurs, "Time doesn’t rush—it flows like a gentle stream..." Finally, he lies down and asks, "Can we please pause time for a little while?"

Today, April 27 is Philosophy Day, and the animals shared their ideas while having a very fun day.

リスのリッキー、ウサギのウーちゃん、クマのクーちゃんは、自分たちならではの財産があります。

リッキーは、「りすりんピック！秘密の貯蔵庫アワード」。「知的財産は、冬を乗り越えるための完璧な木の実貯蔵術！」誇らしげに、巧妙に隠した木の実を自慢します。「このクルミは乾燥と湿度管理を考えて埋めているんだ！」と説明します。

ウーちゃんは、「うさぎの危機一髪！音と動きのセーフティショー」。「知的財産は、驚異の聴覚と逃走術！」と胸を張る。遠くの音を敏感に聞き取ると、「これは風、これは危険…！」と見事に判断します。 跳躍力を活かした逃げ方を実演し、ジグザグに跳ねながら障害物を軽々とかわしていきます。

クーちゃんは、「くまのグルメ探検隊！四季の味覚ハンティング」。「知的財産は、自然のリズムを読むこと！」春の山菜、夏のベリー、秋の鮭をどうやって探し出すかを見事に解説します。「この葉の匂いを嗅げば、栄養価の高い食べ物が分かるんだ！」と披露し、木々の間をゆっくり歩きながら食べ頃の実を発見します。

今日4月26日は、世界知的所有権の日。動物たちは自慢の知財を披露して、楽しい一日を過ごしました。



Ricky, U-chan, and Koo-chan’s Festival of Wisdom!


Ricky the squirrel, U-chan the rabbit, and Koo-chan the bear each have their own special talent.

Ricky’s Secret Nut Storage! "My special skill is hiding nuts! I choose the perfect spots to keep them safe for the winter. I even think about dryness and humidity!" Ricky proudly explains, showing his hidden treasures.

U-chan’s Safety Skills! "My special ability is hearing danger! I can listen carefully and tell the difference between the wind and an approaching enemy!" U-chan jumps swiftly, zigzagging through obstacles with amazing speed.

Koo-chan’s Tasty Treasure Hunt! "I know the perfect food for every season!" Koo-chan sniffs the air, searching for spring vegetables, summer berries, and autumn fish. "This leaf’s smell tells me it’s full of good nutrients!"

Today, April 26th, is World Intellectual Property Day. The animals proudly showed their special skills and had a wonderful time together!
