リスのリッキー、ウサギのウーちゃん、クマのクーちゃんは、日頃の感謝の気持ちを伝えます。

リッキーの「季節のどんぐり＆ナッツアソート」「おじいちゃん、夏のナッツは香りが濃いんだよ」クヌギの艶やかな殻、カシの丸みある粒、コナラの小ぶりな実が、美しく並んでいます。クルミやヘーゼルナッツは、軽くローストされて香ばしく、殻を割るとふわっと森の香りがします。

ウーちゃんの「朝露きらめくフレッシュリーフサラダセット」「おばさんは、やわらかい葉っぱが好きだからね」バスケットに、クローバー、タンポポ、野の若葉がふんわりと敷き詰められています。朝露をまとった葉がきらきら輝き、指でふれるとすっと冷たい。「朝５時に摘んだの。一番やさしい時間の味だよ」

クーちゃんの「森の恵み濃厚ハニーブレッド」「おじさん、暑さに負けないパンを焼いたよ」しっとり焼き上げられたパンに、森のミツバチが集めたはちみつがたっぷり練りこまれ、切り口から黄金色のつやがにじみます。鼻をふくらませて香りを伝えます。

今日7月15日は、中元。葉っぱたちもいっしょにお辞儀しているように、森にやさしい香りと「ありがとう」が広がりました。



The Leaves Bow Together Too


Ricky the squirrel, U-chan the rabbit, and Kuu-chan the bear want to say thank you to their loved ones.

Ricky's “Seasonal Acorn & Nut Assortment” “Grandpa, summer nuts smell extra rich!” Shiny acorns from sawtooth oak, Japanese oak, and konara trees are carefully lined up. The walnuts and hazelnuts are lightly roasted, and when you crack the shells… a gentle forest scent floats out.

U-chan's “Morning-Dew Fresh Leaf Salad Set” “Auntie loves soft leaves, you know.” Inside the basket are clovers, dandelions, and young forest leaves, all tucked in gently. The morning dew sparkles on each leaf, and when you touch them—cool and soft. “I picked them at 5 a.m. It's the kindest-tasting time of day.”

Kuu-chan's “Rich Forest Honey Bread” “Uncle, I baked bread to help you beat the summer heat!” Softly baked loaves are filled with honey collected by forest bees. From the sliced edge, golden shine oozes out. Kuu-chan sniffs deeply and lets the sweet aroma spread.

Today is July 15—Chūgen (Summer Gift Day). Just like the leaves gently bow, the forest is filled with soft scents and warm words of “thank you.”

ぷるぷるは森のことば

リッキーの「森の宝物ゼリー」透明な層の中には、ぷっくりとしたラズベリー、ブルーベリー、いちごが浮かび、小さなヘーゼルナッツとアーモンドも散りばめられています。底には、くるみときな粉がカラリと敷かれていて、「宝探しみたい」としっぽをぷるん。

ウーちゃんの「畑からのごちそうゼリー」ふわふわのニンジンムースが淡いオレンジ色に輝いて、クリアグリーンのハーブゼリーが重なり、クローバーと小さなエディブルフラワーがきらきら浮かびます。カモミールがほのかに漂い、豆乳のやさしいコクとにんじんの甘みが「からだにやさしいの」

クーちゃんの「森の朝ゼリー」深い茶色のコーヒー層の上に黄金色のハチミツゼリーがとろ〜り流れている。ほうじ茶パウダーがすっとまぶされ、森の地面に朝日がこぼれたよう。香りはほんのりビターで甘く、スプーンですくうと、コーヒー層がじわりと揺れ、はちみつが光って「森のごちそうだね」

今日7月14日は、ゼリーの日。「おいしいだけじゃなくて、元気の形なのかも」ぷるぷるは今日も、森じゅうをやさしく揺らしています。



Jiggly Is the Language of the Forest


Ricky the squirrel, U-chan the rabbit, and Kuu-chan the bear all love things that go jiggly-jiggly.

Ricky’s jelly is called “Forest Treasure Jelly.” Inside the clear jelly, round raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries float like little gems. Tiny hazelnuts and almonds are sprinkled between the fruit. At the bottom, crunchy walnuts and kinako (roasted soybean powder) are layered nicely. “It’s like a treasure hunt!” says Ricky, his tail twitching with delight.

U-chan’s jelly is called “Gift from the Garden Jelly.” Soft carrot mousse shines in light orange, topped with a clear green jelly full of herbs. Clover leaves and tiny edible flowers twinkle inside. The scent of chamomile floats gently, and the taste of carrot and soy milk feels soothing. “It’s gentle for your tummy,” U-chan smiles, her ears bouncing.

Kuu-chan’s jelly is called “Morning in the Forest Jelly.” A deep brown coffee jelly sits beneath a layer of golden honey jelly. It’s dusted lightly with powdered hojicha tea, just like sunshine touching forest ground. The smell is softly bitter and sweet. As Kuu-chan scoops it with a spoon, the coffee part sways gently and the honey sparkles. “This is the forest’s special treat,” he murmurs.

Today is July 14—Jelly Day. “Maybe jelly isn’t just tasty... maybe it’s a way to feel strong and happy!” The gentle jiggle spreads through the forest again.

リズムは森にまかせて

リスのリッキー、ウサギのウーちゃん、クマのクーちゃんは、生活にリズムがあります。

リッキーの「朝の光でカラダを起こす、しっぽの時間術」森に光が差し始めると、「ピカッと来たら、動き出すサイン」丸太の穴からひょこっと飛び出し、しっぽを立てて枝へぴょんぴょん。木の実を探すと、光のリズムに合わせてテンポよく回収。日が傾くころには巣にもどって、休息モード。

ウーちゃんの「食べるリズムが整える、耳のジャンプ力」耳をぴくぴくと動かしながらニンジンをサクサクかじります。「ね、ぴく・サク・ぴく・サク。このリズムが、気持ちまでスッキリさせてくれるの」と微笑みました。１日に５〜６回、小さく食べて、おなかもずっと穏やか。

クーちゃんの「歩いた分だけ、眠れるくまリズム」森の奥からどすん。「おひるごろが歩きどき」と丸太をまたぎ、３歩斜面をのぼると「今日はよく眠れそう」とご満悦。木の実を探しながらのんびりウォーキング。運動が終わると「ぐっすりする時間だね〜」と丸まり、まぶたがゆっくりと落ちてくる。

今日7月13日は、日本標準時制定記念日。時計はどこにもないけど、森じかんは、今日も静かにまわっていました。



Let the Rhythm Belong to the Forest


Ricky the squirrel, U-chan the rabbit, and Kuu-chan the bear all live with their own special rhythms.

Ricky’s way is called “Tail-Time Starts with Morning Light.” When sunlight peeks into the forest, Ricky pops out of a log hole. “When it goes ‘flash!’ it’s time to go!” he says, bouncing from branch to branch with his tail up. He gathers nuts with a happy tempo, following the rhythm of the light. As the sun begins to set, he heads back to his nest to rest.

U-chan’s way is called “Ear-Jump Power from Eating in Rhythm.” She nibbles her carrot with tiny ear twitches. “See? Twitch-crunch, twitch-crunch! It makes my heart feel happy,” she says with a smile. She eats five or six small meals a day, always gently and calmly. Her tummy stays peaceful all day long.

Kuu-chan’s way is called “Three Steps and Sleep Comes Easy.” From deep in the forest, thump! Kuu-chan arrives. “Afternoons are perfect for walking,” she says, stepping over a log and climbing a small hill. “Now I’ll sleep really well,” she hums, strolling slowly to find tasty nuts. When the walking is done, she curls up into a soft ball. “Time to snooze,” she whispers, and her eyelids close quietly.

Today is July 13, Standard Time Day in Japan. There are no clocks in the forest, but forest-time keeps gently flowing all on its own.

パティシエたちの森ケーキコレクション

リスのリッキー、ウサギのウーちゃん、クマのクーちゃんは、パティシエです。

リッキーの「木の実たっぷり！森の恵みケーキ」香ばしくローストされたクルミやピスタチオ、どんぐり加工品がゴロゴロ。しっかりした全粒粉のパウンド生地に、メープルの風味をほのかにまとったバタークリームが年輪のように渦を巻き、切り株そっくり。小さなチョコレートのきのこや葉っぱが添えられます。

ウーちゃんの「カラフル！お花畑ショートケーキ」ふわっとした米粉のシフォンケーキの、白く軽やかな豆乳ホイップの上には、パンジー、ビオラ、ナデシコなど色とりどりのエディブルフラワーが舞うように並び、星型にんじんや葉っぱに見立てたきゅうりが花の間をぴょこぴょこ彩ります。

クーちゃんの「ごろごろハニー＆ベリーケーキ」ハチミツ色のジェノワーズの上には、ブラックベリーやラズベリーが雪崩のように崩れそう。マスカルポーネとハチミツの濃厚なクリームが側面からとろ〜り。ココアパウダーの足跡とチョコレートのハチたちが並びます。

今日7月12日は、デコレーションケーキの日。森じゅうが甘い香りにつつまれて、笑顔もクリームみたいにとろけた一日でした。



Forest Cake Collection by Animal Pastry Chefs


Ricky the squirrel, U-chan the rabbit, and Kuu-chan the bear are all pastry chefs!

Ricky's "Nutty Forest Gift Cake" is full of tasty things from the woods—roasted walnuts, pistachios, and special acorns. The cake is made from hearty whole wheat flour, and the maple-flavored buttercream swirls like tree rings. It looks just like a little tree stump! Tiny chocolate mushrooms and leaves are placed on top for decoration.

U-chan's "Colorful Flower Garden Shortcake" is as light and fluffy as spring air. It’s made from soft rice flour sponge and topped with gentle soy whipped cream. On the cake, pansies, violas, and pink dianthus flowers dance across the top. Little stars of carrot and cucumber leaves jump between the blossoms. It’s just like a meadow in bloom!

Kuu-chan's "Honey & Berry Tumble Cake" is sweet and bold! On the golden honey sponge, big blackberries and raspberries are piled so high they almost fall over. Thick cream made from mascarpone cheese and honey drips gently down the sides. Cocoa footprints and tiny chocolate bees walk along the edge.

Today is July 12, Decoration Cake Day. The forest smelled so sweet, and everyone’s smiles melted like cream.

湯気の中の森、ラーメン色

リスのリッキー、ウサギのウーちゃん、クマのクーちゃんは、麺の魔法を楽しみます。

リッキーの「森の恵みと木の実のカリカリラーメン」しっぽでぽんぽん麺を打ちつけ、パツンと軽快な音。その表面には細かく刻んだドライブルーベリーと砕いたクルミ・アーモンド・松の実。スープはこんがりローストしたどんぐりとエリンギからとった澄んだだしがきらめいて。

ウーちゃんの「跳ねる野菜とハーブのヘルシーラーメン」鍋のまわりにふわりと漂うのは、ディルやパセリ、セロリの清々しい香り。耳でそっと巻いたほうれん草練り込みの緑色の平打ち麺が、花びらみたいに器に広がります。トッピングの星型にんじん・赤黄パプリカ・ミニトマト・ブロッコリーが、森の朝日をそのまま閉じ込めたよう。

クーちゃんの「森の奥深く！キノコと山菜のパワフル味噌ラーメン」香ばしい舞茸・しめじ・エノキ・椎茸のバター炒めと味噌の湯気がもわもわ立ちこめます。麺は極太ごわごわ縮れ麺。どんぶりも切り株ボウルで、タラの芽・ワラビ・フキ・砕いたくるみがどすんとのります。

今日7月11日は、ラーメンの日。「ずずずー…ふぅ」森じゅうが、ゆっくりとお腹をなでていました。



Steam in the Forest, Ramen Colors


Ricky the squirrel, U-chan the rabbit, and Kuu-chan the bear enjoy the magic of noodles.

Ricky’s “Crunchy Forest Ramen with Nuts” He bounces his tail to roll the noodles. “Pon! Pon!” Light and quick. On top: chopped dried blueberries, crushed walnuts, almonds, and pine nuts. The soup sparkles—it’s made from roasted acorns and eringi mushrooms.

U-chan’s “Bouncy Veggie and Herb Ramen” Around the pot floats a fresh smell—dill, parsley, and celery. Using her soft ears, she gently wraps green spinach noodles like flower petals. Toppings: star-shaped carrots, red and yellow bell peppers, tiny tomatoes, broccoli. They look like the morning sun in the forest!

Kuu-chan’s “Strong Miso Ramen with Mushrooms and Mountain Veggies” The butter-fried maitake, shimeji, enoki, and shiitake fill the air with yummy steam. He uses thick, curly noodles and a big tree-stump bowl. On top: wild veggies like tara buds, warabi, fuki, and crushed walnuts that go “thump!” when they land.

Today is July 11, Ramen Day. "Zuzuzu... phew." The whole forest gently rubbed its tummy.
