the weather make all of saipan peopel SICK!!
People talked about " when did we get this weather last time?"
it is 75F and 20mph wind. I know it is really HOT for you but usually we get 85F.
Finally rain stoped today but still same wind!!
I swam 5000M today for almost 2hours.
I couldn't stop very much becuase it was soooooo cold. I swam, swam and swam but my body never got warm!
I had spin class tonight. It is my favorit workout recently specially if it is rain!
I sweat ALOT!! it was ALOT! I wish you cna try or you did already!!
I will go MTB easy tomorrow.
I know 3day I didn't do anything....not really stress!
This sounds selfish foｒ you!!!....I know many place not like even 75F now!!

さすがにこの天気にはやられる、、、
とはいっても２５度くらい、日本に比べたら温かい？・でもサイパン人にしてみれば冬。
今夜はスピンのクラスで３日間何もできなかったストレス解消！！！
２５度で不満なんて贅沢だけれど、、、
