Calling out of ambulances seems to be increasing. Certainly, the siren sounds are increasing. I think this is because personal clinics do not make house calls as they used to be in the past. In my experience, when I asked "I want you to come home," he replied, "If you can't come to the hospital, ask for an ambulance."
