Approval rating for the Cabinet

I have never been interviewed by telephone on the Cabinet approval rate.
What kind of questions will the researchers ask?
Depending on how they ask questions, the answer may change as well.
Even so, I can not understand that NHK, the public broadcasting, as well as other media investigate the Cabinet approval rate.

After 3 years?!

The government aims to increase the number of foreign tourists towards 2020. It seems that the current twice as many as 40 million people are goal. It is equivalent to one third of the population of Japan.
By the way, I got on the Shinkansen yesterday, but there were many foreign tourists.
