IDEA #1: CONNECTING THE DOTS
- Who you are?
Born in China and raised in Japan, who loves to spend time with people from all different background. He always curious and explore the unknown world by pushing the envelope and getting help from his strengths and friends. He had experienced hardships when he was young, but it paid off in later his life when he started his 4th startup by helping him build a company that last hundreds of years that help the poor, the disables and the unique people enjoy their lives with fewer hardships.

- What you believe?
The world moving forwards to better by the collaborative work of all sorts of people, politician, executives, researchers, farmers, and scientists. Everybody in this world lives their lives to enjoy and know the meaning of their lives through play, study, work and socialize. I am here to benefit the world move forward by leveraging technology and power of a group of innovators who wants to make positive change. My life has lots of ups and downs, but all of them are meant to be happening in order to he grew as a leader and knows pains of others and succeed at the end of this lives. He had to work hard to unlearn things that he learned through first 30 years of his life and need to gain skills that: 1. strengthen only a few skillsets, 2. connect people to solve their problems 3. put enough efforts on public relations of you. By starting act differently from what he had done before, he will pick up in later of his lives and help others grow as well.

- What you do?
He contributes business by creating continues growth engines of the marketing funnel, which is done by online marketing with SEO through partnering with other similar product, referral projects and partnership program, and community events. His strength and interest are about growing user base and revenue base quickly and effectively by helping others as well as getting help from others. Although he can work well with paid marketing campaigns, his interests are how to get free lunch (he does not interested in buying advertisement until he established solid unit economics and value proposition). He spends a portion of his time give advice to startup in order to they can achieve rapid growth.
