I am staying at the hotel called Hoxton which is located only 1 min walking distance from my current office.
And....I paid only £1.00 for this.
They do £1.00 sale sometimes. I got this information from a Japanese Magazine my superviser bought in Japan. I went on this sales promotion at the lunch time of my work in sometimes in Oct.
I wanted to book a room weekday as this hotel is very close to my office, however could never get a room on weekday or weekend. I just tried 24Dec before giving it up (running out of my lunch time), then I got one. I think this is because on 25Dec, there is no (or very few ) public transport in London, therefore not many people wanted to stay tonight.
R is going to drive here so if our car don't break down, we should be able to get home o.k. tomorrow.
I got here before 4pm as I finished work 3pm (usually 5:30, only chrstmas eve and new years eve finish eirly). I am here alone as R hasn't even left home yet. I had nothing to do, so went out, but not many shops are open around here.... .
Good thing is Internet is free, that's why I am updating my blog, unfortunatly, I can not type Japanese....
Anyway, it is nice to have 4 days off work. I have been making quit a lot of mistakes. However, somehow, most of mistakes has not been cousing serious problem, and in the end, came out O.K. I have been lucky probably.
