３月終わりの年度末は、出会いと別れの時だ。
今まで慣れ親しんだ仕事仲間が新しい職場へ異動し、新しい仲間を迎える。
一緒に時間を過ごした良い仲間と別れるのはさびしいが、仕方がない。毎年毎年のことだもの。
自分もそうやって去ったり、迎えたりしてきたんだ。
ただ今までの感謝を伝え、新しい場所で活躍してくれることを願うのみ。

It's a time to say good-bye.
31 March is the last day of a year semester in Japan, so some camaradries are going to the another workplace.
And then some new camaradries are coming.
It's a little bit sad to say good-bye to our familier, nice, good camaradries, but no way, every year we cofront this situation.
We just appriciate them and expect that they will start a new job succesfuly.
