笠間城跡を、探訪いたしました。
笠間城は、茨城県内では唯一、石垣を備えた城郭でした。
I inquired into the site in the Kasama castle.
The Kasama castle only provided with the stone wall in the castle in the Ibaraki prefecture.
笠間盆地の中心に、標高186メートルの佐白山（さしろさん）に、城址があります。
In the mountain Sashiro of the altitude 186 meters at the center of the Kasama basin, there is the site of the castle.
山全体の地形が、巧みに活用されていました。
現在は、鬱蒼とした森の中で、石段が苔むしております。
Geographical features in the entire mountain had been skillfully used.
Stone steps cover in a dense forest now.
600年にわたり、地方政治の中心地でした。
現在は、観光スポットからもはずれ、寂れた印象です。
It was a heartland of the provincial administration for 600 years.
However, it is an impression that comes off from the sightseeing spot, and declines now.
それでも、訪れる人はあります。
森が深いので、女性の単独行動はお薦めできませんが。
Still, there is a person who visits.
However, because the forest is deep, I do not recommend woman's independent course of action.
貴重な遺構ですので、一度訪れる価値は、確かにあります。
歴史に関心のある方は、何度でも訪れる価値があるでしょう。
関東地方では稀有な、山城の遺構なのです。
There is certainly value visited once because it is a valuable monument.
As for interested one in the history, it might be worth visiting even times how many.
In the Kanto region, the castle where geographical features in mountains was used is unusual.
石段を上るごとに、歴史の息吹が胸に迫ります。
The breath of the history approaches the chest whenever going up in stone steps.
山頂はお宮ですが、これより先は、立ち入り禁止です。
大震災で、石垣の一部が崩壊しました。
山頂付近の石段も、修復が必要な状況です。
This to off-limits though the top of a mountain is a shrine ahead.
A part of the stone wall has collapsed due to the great earthquake.
In stone steps in the vicinity of the top of a mountain, the restoration is necessary situations.
迂回路を経由して、見晴らしの良いところを目指します。
I walked aiming at the merit of commanding via the detour.
山頂を覆う巨岩の群れを、森が覆っています。
The massive rock group that covers the top of a mountain is covered with the forest.
南側に回ると、平坦な岩場に出ます。
It reaches a smooth rock when turning to the south and walking.
築城の工事では、この岩場から、石材を供給したようです。
当時の作業の痕跡が、今なお、岩場に残されています。
In the construction of the fortification, it seems to have supplied stone from this rock.
Signs of work at that time have been still left in the rock now.
見晴らしは、良好でした。
この高台から、空間も時間も、はるかに望むことができます。
笠間城は、今なお、尊い歴史遺産です。
Commanding was excellent.
People can far hope for the space and time from this height.
The Kasama castle is still honorable historic heritage now.
