HAPPY NEW YEAR 2022 !
Here is the Cape Kadowaki, Jogasaki coast, Ito city. Many people were there to see the first sun of the year and pray for the best goodness of the year. But unfortunately as a black and thick cloud existed over Izu Oshima island where the sun would come up, the first sun of 2022 could not be seen there up until several minutes after expected sunrise time.
There is no cloud at all in other areas of the sky. Blue sky and no wind! We wish 2022 may bring us happiness, good health and prosperity!
As to the long long pandemic of COVID-19, it is not ended yet due to the new Omicron variant
and the new cases of infection are increasing over the world except Japan.
