この十ヶ月で何が伸びたかと言えば英会話と英語で作文を書くこと。
こっちに来たころは英作文を書けと言われても2・3行書けるかどうかでった。
でも今は Microsoft Word を使ってぎりぎり一ページぐらい。
それでも文章が変だったり、スペリングミスがあったりまだまだだけど…。
そうそう、あとこの十ヶ月でだいぶ教科書を読めるようになった。
特に社会。
今はちょうど Industrial Revolution 、産業革命のことを習っている。
そしてちょうど今その時代に働いていた子供たちの物語を書くプロジェクトを出されている。
土日の間に終わらせお母さんにも見てもらって大体の間違えは直してもらったと思う。
本当は直す前のを載せたかったんだが、保存するのを忘れていた。
それでは興味ある人だけ読んでくださいな。
At the era of the Industrial Revolution, there was an Industrial city. The city was flood of the poor people.
The people have to work many hours in the day.
And the children also had to work with the adults when they are more than six years old.
The Emi was the one of the poor child.
Her family was her mother and one little sister.
Her father was already gone, and the sister was too little to work.
So her mother and Emi had to work for the family.
Emi and her mother were working in the biggest factory in the city.
Around her, there were many children as her age.
The owner of the factory beat children when they came late to work or stop their hands a little bit.
Emi was also beated for coming late to the work.
The job was too hard for little children like Emi.
She was ten years old and she needed a lot of food.
But the factory's food was a little bit of the bread and it was so hard to eat.
And also she has a little sister waiting for the food in the house.
She always ate little pieces of the bread and put the other pieces of the bread in her pocket and she gave it to her sister at home.
The sister’s name was Lenyi.
She was five years old and she was weaker than the other children of the same age.
She needed a medicine.
That was so expensive.
So a lot of money was used for her medicine.
