今日は立春です.

立春は、寒さが最も厳しい時期で、立春を過ぎると寒さが段々和らいできます。

In the rissyun, the coldest of the year. After the beginning of spring, coldness gradually becomes relieved.

～節分について～
About Setsubun.


立春の前は節分です.
Before the beginning of spring is Setsubun.

また、節分とは、"季節の分かれ目"という意味があり、季節が変わる前日のことを指しています。
Also, Setsubun has the meaning of "seasonal split" and refers to the day before the season changes.



季節の境目には、邪気が生じると昔から言われています.
It is said from the long ago that evil occurs at the boundary of the season.



邪気を払うという宮内行事(追儺・ついな)が行われており、それが今の豆まきの発祥といわれます.
It is said that the Guunai event (Tsuina) to pay naïve is done, and that is the origin of mame maki now.


節分は、豆まきや恵方巻きを食べる日で、立春の前日を意味します.
Setsubun is the day to eat mame maki and Ehoumaki, which means the day before springtime.





この日に行う豆まきは、厄を払うために行います.
I will do the mamemaki on this day to pay for the trouble.


～立春に関する言葉について～

◈ 《立春大吉・rissyundaikichi》
立春大吉は、厄除けのお札で、禅宗のお寺様の習慣から来ています.
この文字の真ん中に線を引くと、左右対称になっています.
Rissyun Daikichi is a mischievous bill, coming from the custom of the temple of Zen sect.
When drawing a line in the middle of this letter, it is symmetrical.






つまり、表から見ても裏から見ても、
立春大吉と読めるのです.
In other words, whether viewed from the table or from the back,
It can be read as Rissyunn Daikichi.


...鬼が玄関から入り、振り返ったときに、裏から見た立春大吉の札を見て、
まだ家に入っていないと思い、出ていく、という...

このようなことから、
このお札を張っていると、
一年間を"平穏無事"に暮らすことができるといわれています.

◈《 立春朝絞り・rissyunasashibori》
立春の日に作った絞りた立ての日本酒をその日に販売するというもので、ここ最近始まったものとされています.
It says to sell the squeezed standing sake made on the day of the beginning of spring on that day, which is said to have been started recently.





◈ 《恵方巻き・Ehoumaki》



恵方巻きの食べ方
How to eat ehoumaki.


①切らずに食べる.
→縁を切らないという意味があります.
Eat without cutting.
→ It means that you do not cut the edge.


②恵方の方向を向いて食べる
→ その歳の金運や幸せをつかさどる神様(歳徳神)の場所の方を向いて食べます.
今年(2019年)は、甲(きのえ)なので、東北東になります.
Turn toward Ehou and eat.
I will eat it facing the place of God who is responsible for that old age of luck and happiness. This year (2019) is the instep, so it will be in the east-northeast.


③黙って願い事を思い浮かべながら食べる
→恵方巻きを全部食べ終えるまでに、言葉を発してしまうと、運が逃げていってしまいます.
黙って願い事を、頭に思い浮かべながら
食べることで願いが叶うといわれています.
Eat while silently remembering your wish.
If you utter a word by the time you finish eating all Ehikaki, luck will run away. While silently remembering your wish, in mind It is said that wishing will come true by eating.
