this morning I got AM off. you know why???
Becuase tomorrow and Wednesday we will ride long. tomorrow we will start 5AM which is I have to wake up at least 4am and leave house 4:30am!!

I tried to sleep in this morning but my body know what time I wake usually.

Open window, I saw just sun came up.
I changed cloth quickly and went to beach to watch sunrise!

for Local here it was small triathlon.
I think distance was short. swim 750M/ bike 20K and run 5K
but Guess how many people join??!
2000!!!!total. include kids to adulut.

it was NOT samll race for me.
I run 20K this morning to get there.

I was enjoying to watch race becuase usually I am doing race.....
Short race mean FAST!!! all 3events, swim, bike run was fast and looked like painfull!!

NO photo maybe tomorrow. becuase we are going to watch a Local race tomorrow on SUNDAY.

since I got here in gold cost and strated training with my coach. the time is really fast!
like one day my schedule.
I woke up 5;30am for ready for riding at7am.
my place to coach`s house are around 5K so I need to leave here 20min before time we meet there.
and then we training 3hours. comeback close to lunch time.
eat and rest.
then we swam 2:30pm to 3:30pm
back to hotel 4pm and studey.

I started to study to be a certisfied personal trainner. and the test will be in April. So I am excited to take the test but it is really hard stuff to learn....I went to sports college but HOW LONG YEARS AGO!!!!????

and then soon night and dinner time and sleep.

today is Satureday. when I rode beach side, I felt like SAIPAN!
you know why???it was smelling like BBQ!!!!!
remind me saipan weekend and how much I wanted to ask them` can I join???`

My training is well so far and I am enjoying to be here.
it is good sometimes stay different place. it makes me think my life and future!

tomorrow I am for sure take picutres at the race!

写真は、、、、明日取りますよ！！明日は地元のトライアスロンがあるので、私たちは仲間の応援に行きます。
こちらにきて５日目。トレーニングはやはり同じ場所、同じコーチということで今のところ順調にいっています。
ただ、時間が過ぎるのが早い！！もう夜か、、、って感じです。
ある日の１日。
朝５時半起床
７時にコーチの家に集合でバイク、ランのトレーニング。家からコーチの家までは約２０分、早めはやめの行動で６時半過ぎに出て集合場所へ。

３時間強の練習をし、ホテルに戻ってきたのは正午の少々前、
もちろんすんごいおなかがへっていましたが、ほかの選手から‘肉味噌おにぎり‘を頂、練習後にパクリ。運動後のご飯はおいCーーー

そして休憩をし、２時半にはプールへ。
帰ってきてゆっくりするともう５時６時、、、で夕飯（もちろん自炊してますよ）で明日に備え早めに就寝
という感じです。

今日は土曜でビーチ沿いをバイクで通るとBBQのにおいが、、、、サイパンを思い出しました。。。。

明日はレース会場までランで行き、応援です。

Hey!

today was good weather! we went to hill ride and run there not hot. it was cool.
when we swam, I saw top Chinese swimmer there!!! my coach told me he is 0.009 to beat world record for 1500m!!!!!!! I know I should take picutre!

you know here in Gold cost how people active!!!
when I walked beach, how many people swimming, surfing, running bikeing!!!!!
awsome!
people think their health and fit even they don`t do race or any. they keep health for their life. it is great to see them here!!

tomorrow my day off, so have few drinks tonight YES!!!!!!!!!

2011!!

I am sorry for Super late `HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!`but I was super busy and now I am in Gold cost myself for triathlon training with my coach.

here hopefully you can understand my hard schedule sine 1/11/2011!!

my mom visited me by herself from 31st to 4th.
it was first time to travele herself for her life. all my family worried but she made withlout any trable!
we went to PIC new year party,
and managaha!
OH!!I think I went to managaha last time was 2years ago,,,,,
we had really great time.

and then we had KEVIN`s birthday on 8th!
we went to Hyatt for dinner and Sand casle! it was super great show and both ob us were just saying ` what??????` duling show!

Kevin got New Wii from my mom and dad and he is playing evevrynight now!


and then My sister came with boyfriend on 8th night to 14th.
OH, I need to tell you I had great time with them and fun and fun all 6days!

3days after she left,I left saipan to come Gold cost for training for 2011.
I was worried about the weather but acutually it is better then I thought.
it still rain sometimes a day but not all day.

I will be here untill 17th next month.
we swim super nice pool there are 2 50M pool!!!!!
and I made dinner Not only Curry this year!
