LASAGNA!!!

I made TOFU lasagna last night!!!

It is me and Kevin's favorit! NOT because just healthy also it is not heavy for your stomac and can eat a lots then regular one!!

Of course it is great for Kevin he can not eat any dairy product.
I use TOFU for white sauce!with spinach!.

this is tomato sauce part with eggplan, Onion, tommato and spaghetti sauce.

this is ONLY kevin can eat SOY CHEE~~~~SE!!!tast so good!!like regular cheese!

I bought roast beef from fresh market.

It was nice birthday dinner at home!!I love it!

昨日は豆腐ラザニアを作りました！！
乳製品が食べれないKevinもコレならOK!!ヘルシーだし、重くないしでも味はラザニア！！

ホワイトソースの変わりに豆腐を使用！！！ほうれん草とナツメグ少しをいれなんちゃってホワイトソース完了！！

つずいてトマトソース、なす、たまねぎ、トマトそしてスパゲティーのソースの素！！

唯一Kevinが食べれる豆乳チーズをのせ、オーブンへ！！！

昨日で２回目だけどやっぱり美味しい！！胃もたれもなく食べ過ぎてしまいそう、、、

お店で買ってきたローストビーフをスライスしたたまねぎと！！
からしを少し色変わりにKevinに”ちょっとだけ載せて”頼んでみたら、さすが！！ちょっと見た目が、、、、

でも家でゆっくりとした誕生日が過ごせました！！
