everyfriday, I try NOT to work becuase I have to work at home as a WIFE!!
Have to clean up or laundry. Monday to Thursday I work morning to night,so friday is my WIFE time! even day off from trining!
That mean you know sometime Friday will be hungover day!!
I worked only morning for personal training and I had time to make Apple pie!
Not like pie pie, just small size pie!
I am organizing foundrasing bike race for my microgame race this sunday.
I am plainning to make apple cake for all participants for thank.
So I have left over pie sheets then I thought I canmake apple pie for me and Kevin!!
looks good and smells great!
Also I made " beef stroganoff" for dinner!!
Kevin is playing Dodgeball for a Cause.
I try to make him surprise by this dinner!!HOPE!
今日はアップルパイ（１口）を作ってみました。
金曜はできるだけ仕事を入れないで”主婦”に専念。月曜から木曜まで朝４時半おき、トレーニング、８時に仕事に出かけ、夜は６時に帰ってくるので（途中休憩が多いですが、、、）金曜に家のことはまとめてやること、ご飯も手間をかけ作りたい！というのが目標だけれど、なんだか休みの日のほうが、いろいろ忙しい。
金曜はトレーニングもOFF！！と言うことでたまに金曜朝から二日酔い！！の日も、、、
今日はあまっているパイ生地でアップルパイを！！
見た目、匂いがいいので、、（Kevinの大好物で、Kevinのママのはすごいおいしい！！）ちょっとママにチャレンジ！
夜はちょっとカレーぽッく見えるけど野菜たっぷりのビーフストロガノフを作ってみました！！２人とも玄米ご飯が大好きなので玄米ご飯に母親からの10穀米を入れて！！
