シクラメン Cyclamen

最近なかなかブログ更新が出来ていませんが、とても元気です
我が家ではミニシクラメンとメダカも今元気です♪
5ヶ月前に寄せ植えしたものが育ちました。
メダカは上手く写真に撮れないのでまた今度～

I wish I could update this blog more often..., but I'm doing great.
At my place, mini cyclamen and killifish are doing fine too
The flowers are almost in full bloom now, after I planted them last October.
Can't take good pictures of the fish, so you'll see them sometime later

柚子湯 Bathing with Yuzu

今日は今年一番の寒さだったとニュースで見ました 昨日料理で使った柚子の残りで、冬至を待たずに柚子湯に入りました。普通のお風呂の４倍も血液さらさら効果があり、冷え性や腰痛などにいいらしいです。ビタミンＣのお陰で美肌効果もあるみたいです。何よりも自然のさわやかな香りは落ち着きますね

The evening news said it was the coldest day of the year. I had a yuzu bath before the winter solstice comes. Yuzu bath is reported to be four times effective for smooth blood flow than regular bath, and prevents backache and cold hands and feet. Its vitamin C is supposed to give you beautiful skin also. Best of all, the natural refreshing aroma gives the best relaxation

クリスマス前 Before Christmas

ハロウィンは終わりましたが、日本ではまだクリスマスリースは早いみたいなので、1週間ほど前から飾りの少ないリースをドアの外に掛けています。今日ドアを開けた時にたまたまご挨拶した方が「リースかわいいですね」と声を掛けてくださいました。都会のマンション暮らしらしく、日ごろはご近所さんとのお付き合いも盛んではありまんせんが、リースのお陰で温かい一日となりました

It's after Halloween, but not really Christmas season yet, so I chose a simple wreath for my front door It's been there for about a week, and my neigbour who I met this morning said 'I like your wreath'. Just like a lot of people in a big city like Tokyo, not much interation happens between my apartment residents. It's simple, but I'm glad my wreath brought me small happiness today

はやめの A bit early...

我が家でガールズ３名と少し早目のハロウィンのお祝いをしました　調子にのってパスタを作ってもらい(作らせ？）、そのかわいい姿を写真におさめました　いくつになっても楽しいハロウィンです

I celebrated early Halloween with three girls at my place. Guess what I had them do? Yes, 'pasta making' & I took cute pictures of them doing it. It was a lot of fun! I would never grow out of Halloween party

ご近所さん Neighbor

今日も、チョーご近所さんの大繁盛定食屋さん「芝多」でランチしました。ボリューム満点で男性客９５％位ですが、毎週のように行くので違和感ありません むしろマッチョな気分になります（笑）。

I went to a neighboring Japanese restaurant, Shibata for lunch. Their dishes come in a large portion and 95% of the customers is MEN. Going there almost every week, I don't feel uncomfortable as an only girl there Rather feeling macho, I guess
