February 20, 2007 Con't........

Back in the room and holding our new little addition to the family 
with the doctors that got us this far!   It really was a true miracle 
in so many ways and we had so much love and support by so many 
people  Thank you very much to all of you

IT'S A GIRL!!!

sport and had her eyes open and everything for the pictures

The nurse asked us a cute quesion......Do you know who else was born with the baby today

The answer was a 'Mommy and Daddy'!!!

一ヶ月切りました!!

MY Tower グランドオープニングまで一ヶ月を切りました。
引越しの準備も着々と進み、オフィスの中には引越し用のダンボールが増えています。

仕事をしながらの引越しは、皆さん大変だと思いますが新しい校舎・オフィスへ向けて
体を大切にしながら頑張って下さい

Pregnancy was very good to me and the 39 weeks went by very quickly.  Before I knew it, I was sitting in my room waiting for the big moment to finally be able to see and hold our little baby.  Still smiling and thinking......'yes, I can do this' and trying not to think of anything else.

Of course I was nervous as even walking into a doctor's office or 
being in a hospital makes my blood pressure go up.  Here we are as my 
doctor is explaining the procedure.

I am very grateful and fortunate to have so many good people 
looking after me.

As I went into the labor room my parents are anxiously waiting 
outside.

Time for Stan to enter and join me.  Nice hat!!!  (Uh Oh what's going 
to happen to the 'hair'???)

Baby comes out first to our exited grandmother, grandfather and 
auntie   Meanwhile Stan is still by my side.

Relief on all and now the phones will begin to ring............

Happy moment

Here comes.....ME!!!  I must say I was very relieved as well and 
still couldn't believe that we had a baby!!!  I was looking forward 
to seeing her in my room again as I only got to see her for a few seconds earlier.

TV Drama -- West Wing Season 1

Another recommended DVD to watch!!  This weekend we'll be watching West Wing Season 1.  The President of the United States has many challenges and his bright staff find ways to solve the problems.

Tokyo Here & Now at Tokyo American Club

東京アメリカンクラブにて海外から日本に移住してきた外国の方々に
日本の文化やしきたりを知って頂こうという目的で「Tokyo Here & Now」
というイベントが開催され、長年にわたってきものクラスを担当させて
頂いている私たちも、きものを紹介するデモンストレーションを行いました。

 

モデルとしてステージに上がってくださったのはきものクラスを受講された方々で、
習得した着付けの技術を実演して下さいました。

先週、新しく校長に就任してくださることになった池内先生をお迎えして山野
医療専門学校で校長就任式が行われました。柔道整復は、美道五大原則の
土台となる精神美・健康美と密接に関係しています。


「体」の基礎となる骨を整復する柔道整復師を育てることは「美」へのさらなる追求に
つながり、広がりを持たせるものと考えます。

今月にはMY Towerに移動し、池内先生と共に気持ちも新たに癒しと美道を基盤とした
柔道整復師の育成に尽力していきたいと思っています。

 

美容師・柔道整復士 筆記国家試験 お疲れ様でした!!

日曜日は美容師と柔道整復士の筆記国家試験が行われました。
それぞれに準備し、努力してきたものを全て出すことができましたか?　

国家試験も年々難しくなっているようで、本当に「質」と「実」を持った人のみが
その資格を得ることができます。　このことは、その技術を受ける側にも信頼と
安心を与えるものです。
今後は山野の卒業生として、自信を持ってお客様にトータルビューティを提供し
美容界のさらなる発展に貢献できる技術者となって下さい。

この期間は新しい生活への大切な準備期間でもありますので、リラックスしな
がらも次のステップへの準備を始め、有意義な休みを過ごしてほしいと願っています。

試験を受けた皆様、そして全員合格して欲しいと願い支援し続けた先生方、
本当にお疲れ様でした

出産後初めて学校に立ち寄ったのですが、到着と同時に先生方が
沢山の笑顔とお祝いの言葉で迎えて下さいました。


先生方本当にありがとうございました
