今日のみことば・悔い改めと救い

ですから、イスラエルのすべての人々は、このことをはっきりと知らなければなりません。すなわち、神が、今や主ともキリストともされたこのイエスを、あなたがたは十字架につけたのです。」

人々はこれを聞いて心を刺され、ペテロとほかの使徒たちに、「兄弟たち。私たちはどうしたらよいでしょうか」と言った。

そこでペテロは彼らに答えた。「悔い改めなさい。そして、それぞれ罪を赦していただくために、イエス・キリストの名によってバプテスマを受けなさい。そうすれば、賜物として聖霊を受けるでしょう。

なぜなら、この約束は、あなたがたと、その子どもたち、ならびにすべての遠くにいる人々、すなわち、私たちの神である主がお召しになる人々に与えられているからです。」 使徒の働き２章３６～３９節

Acts 2:36-39
“Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.”
Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Men and brethren, what shall we do?”
Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.”
