休日Baking♪ -リンゴのケーキ-

久しぶりのおやつ作り。
食べきれずにたくさんあるリンゴたち。
そして冷蔵庫にある生クリームを使ってリンゴのバタークリームケーキを焼きました♪

刻んで火を入れたリンゴ一個をバターケーキ生地に混ぜ込んで。。。
焼きあがりはわりとしっかりした感じになりました。
もっとふわふわっとなるはずだったけど

デコレーションで粉砂糖をお好みで。というレシピ。
どうせなら少しかわいくしよう！とりんご型の切り紙を使いました。

できあがり

見た目はとってもキュート♪

切ったらこんな感じ。

りんごの食感がアクセント。
香ばしく焼けた部分も美味しい（*^_^*）

まだりんごがあるから、また何か作らなきゃ
このレシピでリベンジしてもいいなぁ。。。

It's been a bit long time since I baked a cake.
I baked an apple cream cake with fresh cream in the refrigerator.
I cut one apple into small pieces and heat them up in the microwave oven.
Then put them in the dough and baked it.
When it finished baking, it was a little hard texture than I expected.
I thought it would be more fluffy...
Anyway, I decorated it with powdered sugar.
To make it more prettier, I put some apple shaped paper on the cake before dust.
I did it very well! It looked so cute!
It tasted a little bit sweet, but I loved the texture of apple and the crunchy on the outside.

There are still some apples left, so I have got to make some sweets with them.
Or should I try this recipe again? Hmm...
