Elon Musk offered to buy OpenAI  for $97.4 billion a week few days ago.

Musk was an OpenAI  cofounder,but he left the company and has long feuded with OpenAI CEO Sam Altman.

Musk claims Altman have misrepresented OpenAI as a philanthropy. 

And Musk has filed a number of legal complaints against OpenAI .

OpenAI is operated by a nonprofit organization called OpenAI LP.

OpenAI LP took the company from effectively worthless to a valuation of around $100 billion in just a few years.

Altman is definitely the key person to the company’s success.

Musk claims that OpenAI has broken with its founding charter by seeking to make a profit with its AI tools.

However Altman says,

“I wish he would just compete by building a better product, but I think there’s been a lot of tactics.“

And Altman also says about MUSK,

“Probably his whole life is from a position of insecurity. I don’t think he’s a happy person.

I feel for the guy.“

That's a very very interesting story.

I wondere what worries Musk has.
