this is actually my 3rd time trying to get this one posted...
last 2 times it got erased... i was so mad!!!
anyhow, so i probably won't put too much words in here...
but please enjoy the pictures of my inlaws.
we had a reunion + rodeo at zac's dad's place.
it was lots of fun!
このブログ今回で３回目の挑戦になります・・・。
この前がんばって２回も書いたのに最後の最後で消えちゃいました・・・。
なので、今回はあまり言葉を足さずにもうとにかく写真をたのしんでください。
ザックの家族のリユニオンで、ザックのお父さんの家にみんな集まりました。
first, we had lunch outside
まずはランチ
kids enjoyed riding a pony name posey
子供たちはポニーのポース゛ィー二のって楽しんでました。
all the adults sat on a big log and watched a guy build our water slide
大人達は大きな木に座り職人さんが滑り台を立てるのを見ていました。
and here is the finished product...we recieved instruction on how to use it
そして出来上がった後、使い方などをききました。
and this is the best expression of excitement!!!
そして、こちらがうれしさを隠し切れなかった表情
and we all enjoyed the slide the next day!
次の日この滑り台をいっぱい楽しみなした。
そして私も・・・
after playing on the slide, we took a little rest before our main event! RODEO
滑り台で思う存分遊んだ後、メインイベントのロデオの為に少し休みました。
and the RODEO!
そしてロデオです。
we got all the kids ready by putting numbers on their backs
まず、子供たち背番号をつけました。
then, we had a flag ceremony.
marcus came in with a flag in his hand on a horse. it was awesome
甥っ子のマーカス君が旗を持ってひとりで馬に乗り、アリーナに入ってきました。
and kids all said the pledge of allegiance
そして子供たちはアメリカの国旗に向かい、国への誓約を暗証しました。
this is our announcer, brandon
そしてこちらは司会のブランドン
the first race was chicken race...poor chicken.
one of the chickens got tired and just sat down and would not move...
まず、最初のレースはチキンレース。
かわいそうに、途中で座って動かなくなったニワトリもいました。
and then the horse rase
そして、おもちゃの馬を使ったレース
and then the goat with ribbons! kids had to get the ribbon off of a goat
あと、ヤギに結んであるリボンを取るレース。
and for older kids, there was a sheep back ride!
大きな子供たちは野生の羊にのり、投げ落とされてました・・・。
ouch...
いたそう・・・。
kids all received gold medals!
そして、最後に子供たちはメダルをもらっていました！
each kids also got an american flag and they actually found a japanese flag for me!
子供たち一人一人にアメリカの旗が渡されたのですが、
私にも日本の国旗を用意してくれました！
and anita, deena, and vaunna demonstrated barrel race!
そして、最後にアニ－タ、ディーナ、とヴァーナが
BARREL RACEを披露してくれました。
i enjoyed the reunion very much! maybe i can try barrel race next year!?
初めてのリユニオン、すごく楽しかったです！
もしかしたら、来年は私もBARREL RACEできるかも？
