Somebody of family tried to make a Homemade Pasta, following the instructions in the recipe that follows for American-style Noodles yesterday.

Kinou, wagaya no dareka san ha kikai wo tsukaimasen subete Tesagyou no Amerika shiki no Teuchi Pasuta dukuri ni chousen shimashita.






First of all, making a Meat Sause(Ragu alla Bolognese). We always use also a Homemade Meat Sauce for our pasta dish.

And use Semolina for a Pasta, too. But use a Potato for Gnocchi.
