Russian President Vladimir Putin urged patience in efforts to resolve a territorial dispute with Japan that’s lasted since the second world war – a setback for Prime Minister Shinzo Abe who’s made striking a deal a priority.

“It is important to patiently continue the search for a solution,’’ Putin said Saturday after their summit talks in the Kremlin in Moscow.

Abe, who’s waged a charm offensive, said Russia and Japan should forge economic cooperation on the four disputed islands to ensure an agreement “acceptable to both nations”.

さて、数日つづいているこの章もそろそろ終わりに近づきました。そこでまとめに入ります；実行犯の次は、逃げ回っている黒幕犯のお前達だ。お前達もこの『そそのかし罪』適用によって『信用毀損罪・業務妨害罪』としても処罰されることになる』、実行犯同様に。




琉球沖縄は、1972年の沖縄返還以降もそそのかし犯罪の常習的な犯行現場となっている。




人種差別の最大の罪。それは、披差別者の披害が甚大なのは勿論のことだ。同時に、人種差別はその披差別者が出産するべく何の罪もない胎児に対してもすでに始まっていることである。胎児が赤ちゃんとなって誕生した後の世の、その赤ちゃんの生涯に亘っても人種差別することを既に確約しているのが人種差別の最大の罪である。しかも受精から子宮に到着するその神秘的な受精卵の前の段階で既にだ。これこそ人類最大の罪である。
それを40以上もある島々毎に散在する反日琉球人がその40以上の島々をそれぞれ出身地として集中する中心地の沖縄島内で『あれー、宮古島出身ぬ、なーくんちゅやんどー！（Aree,NaakuJimaShusshinnu,NaakunChu―yandoo！）（彼は、宮古島出身の宮古人だよ！）』などと、（これは実例だが、実際にはその者が『完全な反日琉球人』であることが『調査の結果すでに分かっていて、承知しているその者の正体は伝えず』これを暗に示唆したり、時には実際に伝えたりして、私が前項まで触れたこの実話を持ち出しそそのかすのである、『その者を孤立させて、その者の家庭以外の親族や友人・知人・親戚や親族がその者の支援団体とならないよう、その者の家庭以外の親族や友人・知人・親戚や親族に対して金銭的な餌付けと刑法第223条で犯罪として禁じられている脅迫・強要を交互に繰り返し続ける一方で』。まっ、逆に言えばこの犯罪も、その者を『完全な琉球人』と判断している裏返しではあるが、その者の親や祖先とその一族全体も含めた生い立ちの長年にわたる調査の結果を隠蔽し、嘘をまじえて；『かつて、宮古群島出身の『完全なPro―Japan琉球人』が1972年の沖縄返還後第一号の沖縄県警察本部長職に就き、当時の琉球沖縄社会を分断した実例を念頭に）島の数が多い琉球なので出身地が違うのが当たり前的な沖縄島に存在する反日琉球人同士をその手口で分断し、「嘘を含んだその反日琉球人個人の情報を『風説の流布』し、信用毀損して業務妨害し」餓えさせて餌付けし、その反日琉球人をPro―Japan琉球人として飼い慣らすための常套手段の手口として用いている「闇の『アメリカと日本』による宣撫工作（pacification work (activity)）そのもの及び、『CIAと日本』による宣撫工作（pacification work (activity)）の魔の手」。




かつての1879年の『アメリカと日本』による琉球侵略以降、1945年8月の第二次世界大戦終結2ヶ月前の6月23日までは対中国戦用の『東シナ海での軍事要塞』建造と維持のために。

そしてその1945年6月23日以降、現在までは『アメリカと日本』による核兵器専用の弾薬倉庫が唯一『東シナ海に存在する米軍基地』にある『核兵器の基地の島、琉球列島の沖縄島』を今後も維持・拡張するために、『琉球沖縄全人口の95パーセントを占める我ら反日琉球人が一致団結して一丸となって小さくて狭いこの沖縄島に存在するその危険な核兵器専用の弾薬倉庫の撤去のための人民大会を開催させないようにする目的で』。


現実に、その「闇の『アメリカと日本』による宣撫工作（pacification work (activity)）そのもの及び、『CIAと日本』による宣撫工作（pacification work (activity)）の魔の手」による手口が黒幕犯の、事実上の『信用毀損罪・業務妨害罪』及び『そそのかし罪』事件が、刑事告訴から半年後の昨年2017年8月23日に突然不起訴ということになった。しかし、この那覇地方検察による『嫌疑不十分な不起訴』判断はあくまでも『刑事告訴した名誉毀損罪事件』だけという一大事件全体の一部に対する判断に過ぎない。決して「事実上の『信用毀損罪・業務妨害罪』及び『そそのかし罪』事件」に対するものではない。単に、「『信用毀損罪・業務妨害罪』及び『そそのかし罪』事件という事実上の事件では刑事告訴出来ない」としただけに過ぎない、「闇の『アメリカと日本』による宣撫工作（pacification work (activity)）そのもの及び、『CIAと日本』による宣撫工作（pacification work (activity)）の魔の手」によって。実際には揉み消された格好になっているこの「事実上の『信用毀損罪・業務妨害罪』及び『そそのかし罪』事件」については今こうやって琉球沖縄発のインターネット上の仮想裁判所で係争中である。

しかし、昨年の事件発覚当時、実際に新聞で報道されていた事件の概要はこうだった。しかし「闇の『アメリカと日本』による宣撫工作（pacification work (activity)）そのもの及び、『CIAと日本』による宣撫工作（pacification work (activity)）の魔の手」の手口によるその事実上の『信用毀損罪・業務妨害罪』及び『そそのかし罪』であることに言及する内容は一切ない；

昨年2017年1月23日。安慶田光男沖縄県副知事が行政官僚によって退任の記者会見を開く事態になるまで追い込まれ、実際に退任した。そして琉球沖縄社会全体が乱れた。その直後、納得がいかない安慶田光男元沖縄県副知事側が『弁護士を介した告訴人』となって那覇地方検察に刑事告訴して『名誉毀損』事件となっている。この事件は現在もその那覇の地方検察で捜査中である。

ちなみに刑事告訴にまでなる前の段階の沖縄タイムス社の新聞紙面での報道によると、『告訴人の安慶田光男元沖縄県副知事は宮古群島出身』とする内容だった。

一方、琉球新報社の新聞紙面では、『告訴人の安慶田光男元沖縄県副知事は宮古群島出生で八重山群島育ちだが、副知事になる前までにはすでに那覇市の市議会議員にまで上り詰めていた』などという生い立ちも報じられていた内容であった。

この段違いな内容の違い。それは全ての琉球沖縄のマスコミ同様、両社の幹部役員の出身地派閥争いと無関係ではない。よって、その逆のケースも当然ながら起こりうるし、実際起こっている。それはとりもなおさず、すべての琉球沖縄のマスコミが「闇の『アメリカと日本』による宣撫工作（pacification work (activity)）そのもの及び、『CIAと日本』による宣撫工作（pacification work (activity)）の魔の手」の手口にそそのかされて読者・視聴者『信用毀損罪・業務妨害罪』及び『そそのかし罪』の実行犯にされていることは言うまでもない、その『頻度と濃淡』は各々違えども：

言い換えるならつまり、告訴人の安慶田光男前沖縄県副知事側は弁護士頼みだが、退任から3日後の1月26日に上記のその『名誉毀損の刑事告訴』をする結末と相成ったが、「『事実上の『信用毀損罪・業務妨害罪』及び『そそのかし罪』」事件とはほど遠い。しかしそれは、告訴人の安慶田光男前沖縄県副知事が、『弁護士と警察官僚』が共に那覇地方検察ビルも並ぶ那覇市樋川1丁目の裁判所通りを根城にしている法曹界界隈の住民同士といった特殊な間柄であることも知らないどころか、『警察行政官僚と、被告訴人の沖縄県教育庁官僚』が常日頃から不離一体の関係で職務にあたっていることすらも知らない中で告訴手続きが進んだ結果である。

Russian President Vladimir Putin urged patience in efforts to resolve a territorial dispute with Japan that’s lasted since the second world war – a setback for Prime Minister Shinzo Abe who’s made striking a deal a priority.

“It is important to patiently continue the search for a solution,’’ Putin said Saturday after their summit talks in the Kremlin in Moscow.

Abe, who’s waged a charm offensive, said Russia and Japan should forge economic cooperation on the four disputed islands to ensure an agreement “acceptable to both nations”.

ちなみにこの琉球人弁護士というのは先祖代々琉球の宮古群島が出身地でもある、『先祖代々宮古群島が出身地の新たな沖縄県警本部長と同郷にあたる』、『弁護士の方は琉球政府下で、一方の沖縄県警察本部長は日本政府の下といったお互い違う政府に属したが』、しかしその二つの違う領域を隔てる出入国法は、『法曹界の住民同士』の交流にとっては無法に近い状態ではあった。しかしだらといって、公式記録に残るような表向きの交流・交際は無かったことになっているものだと私は推測する。勿論、私には彼らの関係の裏側の真実まで知る由もないが、しかしこれが私の直感だから正直に述べるしかない。当初、二人は対立も当然あったであろうが、時には妥協もしただろうし。しかし、その公式記録に残るような表向きの交流・交際は無かったことになっているものだ、いかに二人の対立的な問題での公式記録が残っていたと仮定しても。 なぜなら、彼自らの県警本部長職が『日本人であることが前提』でなければその職責を全うできない立場であったであろうからである。この新たな沖縄県警察本部長からすれば「いかに同郷の者とともに故郷への郷愁を確かめ合いたがろうが『表向きの交流・交際』は無理というものだっただろう。それにもかかわらず、仮にでも琉球独立を掲げるような、「沖縄県警察本部長自らの職責のいわば『敵』とも表向きな交流・交際をすることは」、1972年の着任当時、いかにこの二人に郷愁の念が漂っていたとしても許されることではなかったであろうことが容易に憶測することができるからだ。 仮にその当時のこの新たな沖縄県警察本部長の潜在意識の中の更に奥の祖先代々受け継いだ琉球人DNAに基づく『無意識の構造』がなせる反日的一面であったとしても。『それはあくまでもこの新たな沖縄県警本部長自らのの個人的私利私欲を達成するためのブラフとして活用したに過ぎないだろう、というのが世の常である』。

つまり常識的な考え方からすると、この新たな沖縄県警本部長自らの『カネと名誉と権力』獲得目的の手段だったとしか私には思えない。仮にでも、いかにその琉球独立を掲げた弁護士と沖縄県警察本部長の間に許される範囲内の最低限度のコミュニケーションだけが存在したと仮定したとしても。しかしこの私のこの憶測は、あくまでも「もしも、闇の『アメリカと日本』による宣撫工作（pacification work (activity)）そのもの及び、『CIAと日本』による宣撫工作（pacification work (activity)）の魔の手が一切絡んでいなかったものと仮定するならば」である。
ましてや、その宣撫工作（pacification work (activity)）の絡みもまったくないにもかかわらず、ときおり彼自分自身のブラフでもって『琉球独立を唱える琉球人や、政党と交流しながら』そそのかし罪を犯すような琉球人は絶対に反日琉球人ではありません。完全なPro―Japan琉球人です。





この私の判断。これもまた、あくまでもの話である、『もし私の感想が正しかったとしたら』との仮定上の。

ところで、日本による南京大虐殺があった1937年。彼は、この1937年の時点ではすでに東京で日本警察庁の警察官として勤務していたと記載されているとおり、上記に添付したURLにある私の過去記事に、インターネット上で調べられる範囲の資料などによると、この1972年に沖縄県警本部長職に就いた彼は、かつての最終学歴の頃に東京の日本学府で学んだことがある琉球人だったようでもある。

というのも、数年勤めた沖縄県警本部長職の離職後はやはり、東京の自宅へ戻り日本警察庁の警察官職を定年退職までつづけていたようである、『その彼以降は日本人そのものだけが代々つづいて現在に至っているすべての後任歴代沖縄県警察本部長同様に』。

ちなみに彼は、この1972年に沖縄県警本部長職に就いた時点では既に警視正（Keishisei）という日本警察の最高位資格を得ていた。（警視正（Keishisei）。警視[ケイシ]。

1972年5月15日の沖縄返還に合わせた琉球沖縄への一時帰還。それが偶然の出来事となったかのようなこの「『かつては東京在住だった元琉球人で、沖縄返還後第一号の沖縄県警察本部長職に就いた』日本警察庁の警察官で『完全なPro―Japan琉球人』」の彼。彼は、『その日本警察庁の警察官職以前は、琉球の宮古島に隣接した離島の伊良部島（Irabu―Iland）の出身という琉球沖縄在住の生粋の琉球人だったようである』。




よって私は、これらの情報を総合すると、彼は『完全なPro―Japan琉球人』に間違いないと判断せざるを得ない。
