straight day including the latest five days of 27-time push-ups.

temperature of 34 degrees, almost Mousho-bi or an extremely hot day.
But actually now I'm thinking I have to start planning to go somewhere
to enjoy walking in September and preparing for it.
Actually, I have not done anything like a walking for some time, so
I'm afraid I've got out of shape.
