Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２７ times
Walking ：a total of ４０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and two hundred and fifty days in a row.
I tried increased the number of push-ups by only one time to 27 times and was able to
keep more than 15-time push-ups for the one hundred and ninety-seventh successive day.

Finally, I've got the reason why my PC's Internet access has been unstable.
The IE-10 is always trying to have access to IPv6, but my WiFi router is for IPv4.
Actually, I was considering whether to change its configuration to IPv6, but
I've had second thought and I've unticked the IPv6 of my PC.
Now, I'm waiting and see about this.
