Sheppの萌え立ち・沸き立ち・炎上する・目眩く歓喜がくっきりとたなびき、Ｓ・マレーのフリー・フォームドラムの伸び伸びしたさざ波パルスにより、鮮鋭なアンサンブルは活気づく。 Brotherhood（10:40）、Ｃ・ソーントンのコルネットは火の出るような激しいフリー・フォームの放射、渾身の情熱で吹き上げる、2人のベーシストによる部厚い底流。 A・ジョーンズ（As）が集団的美の絵巻を存分に描く。 Speak With Your Echo (And Call This a Dialogue)（9:15）、ベースのボーイングとピチッカートで幽玄に始まる、ホーンがゆっくりしたテーマを伸び伸び放射。 Ｃ・ソーントンは点描的に、またたっぷりと描写。 2人のベースは絶妙のボーイングで妙なる響きを奏でる。 C.
