How To Make まきずし(Rolled Sushi)

I'd like to share Sushi recipe and posted this. Please make sushi at your home :) 

How To Make Rolled Sushi

A) Tuna Salad Roll & B) Avocado Egg Roll

Equipment Needed:
まきす: Makisu(Bamboo sushi-roll mat)
・まないた: Manaita(Cutting board)
・ほうちょう: Houchou(Very sharp knife)
・すいはんき: Suihanki(Rice Cooker)
しゃもじ: Shamoji(Wooden or plastic rice paddle)
・サランラップ: Saran-rappu(Plastic wrap)
Ingredients (for 4 sushi rolls):
Sushi rice:
3 cups uncooked Japanese rice, 4 cups water,
5 tablespoons rice vinegar, 4 and 1/2 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons salt
Sushi Ingredients:
4 sheets of dried seaweed (のり: Nori)
A)    1 cucumber, 1 canned tuna, 1 tablespoons mayonnaise
B)    1 cucumber, 2 avocados, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon sugar
Soy Sauce
How To Make Rolled Sushi
:
Making sushi rice
1. Place rice and water into a rice cooker; turn on the rice cooker.
2. Prepare sushi vinegar (すしずSushi-zu) by mixing rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
3. Spread the hot rice into a large plate or a large bowl, and sprinkle the vinegar mixture over the rice and fold the rice by rice paddle quickly. Be careful not to smash the rice.
4. To cool and remove the moisture of the rice well, use a fan as you mix sushi rice. This will give sushi rice a shiny look.

Preparing sushi ingredients
A)    Tuna Salad Roll
5. Wash and peel cucumber. Slice in half lengthwise, then cut into long, slender strips.
6. Mix tuna and mayonnaise in a bowl.
B)    Avocado Egg Roll
5. Wash and peel cucumber. Slice in half lengthwise, then cut into long, slender strips.
6. Beat eggs and sugar in a small bowl. Make a rolled omelet and cool. Cut it into long sticks.
7. Peel an avocado and cut it into strips or mash it.

Making Sushi
8. Wrap a bamboo mat (Makisu) with plastic wrap.
9. Put a sheet of dried seaweed (Nori) on a bamboo mat.
10. Spread sushi rice on top of the seaweed.
11. Place the ingredients lengthwise on the rice.
12. Roll up the bamboo mat, pressing forward to shape the sushi into a cylinder.
13. Press the bamboo mat firmly and remove it from the sushi.
14. Cut the rolled sushi into bite-size pieces. (wet the knife between each cut to make it easier to cut and keep the rice from sticking to the knife).
15. Eat sushi with say sauce.
