going home

Finally Im going back home tomorrow!
But people say tomorrow will be the peak day of returning home, so train will be packed...i guess i should leave my room early.

Today was end-of-the-year party at Nekoneya(my working place. not the one Ultraman's but a Japanese style bar in Sannomiya). As they do every year, the owner, his wife(who runs the bar together) and staffs (including ex staffs and coming staff)cleaned the shop, then had Nabe(steamboat kind of thing) together.
we had beaf(marbled! n thinly sliced) and lettuce pot, and ANKOU pot(seafood). I kept eating and eating,,,until i couldnt eat any more.

And today i talked with ex-staff who is really matured. She sort of told me how to live through severe corporate society. I think there were a lot to learn from her story (and how she acts,,she always knows what's needed next and move..i maen, KIGAKIKU). But i thought i cant be like her.,,and im afraid that working at Japanese company needs such care and tolerance..

at any rate, i enjoyed delicious food and conversation so much!

Christmas

On the Christmas day in 2006...I

bought second-hand books.(Christmas present for myself?)

went to Uni just to have lunch(alone)

worked at Ultraman office. Wrote lots of New Year Card's address(Got a box of chocolate which was due by day, but yum yum)

invited a friend to my room. Had a dinner together. She brought some mandarines and MOMIJI MANJYU. thanks n good luck with ur thesis!

Compared to the last year, i spent a very quiet Christmas.(i guess i didnt do anything special. especially yesterday i was in petit hikikomori)
now Im a bit missing those busy and noisy Christmas in summer....

the Emperor's birthday

I havent updated here for ages! I'll tell you what i have been doing these days..Theres no meaning in the title by the way.

there were some ups and downs.

downs first.

1. On Sanday, i got a cancel call of Japanese class again. maybe it was the 3rd time this month. i only went to the class once in December!
(Oh, i havent written about this before..im teaching japanese to Peruvian.) Wonder if my way of teaching is bad or i am looked down on(cos im younger) or just he is lazy. from the begining i kinda expected this situation, but in fact it is a bit harder. I cant even show if i get angry or not. Before i say something, all he can say is GOMENNASAI^(Im sorry). umm. Should I study Spanish?

2. Im in a job hunting moratorium. I started to have some questions about crazy Japanese job hunting system. Why do we have to do it now? still have about 1 and half a year till actually start to work! if i keep going to seminars like more than twice a week, i will get exhausted before the job interview season(which starts in April). so i decided to go less for now.
moreover, I cant understand why students who have kept sleeping all the time in lectures become totally different persons. (but this is somewhat true of me as well, i think i play different "me" outside.) though i have lot of questions inside, im doing it anyway....


3. I cant get up early.(as usual) I hate cold morning!!


Ok, ups

1. I received a small prize from 李箱 essay contest. Though it was a forced work(it was a teacher's favour for students) and the book was so difficult, worth trying :)

2. A friend from the same ゼミ came back from study abroad in the US. Good to have a same year friend who's gonna do five-year together, and of course i was happy to know she's fine and wasnt changed(im sure shes grown up inside though).

3.A quick RUNIMARIE(30min) with Akk*.

4. Friends from the same faculty got together and went to dinner(cheese fondue :q). We ate a lot. Talked a lot. It was really fun!

5. A friend and i talked about some serious problems in Japanese society(sounds like im really a serious Uni student who's studying Japanese social studies!) and about the life generally. It may sound KIMOI, but it was really good to talk so many stuff with her. because of this, i missed the last class of this year, but it was sort of my will, so its ok.


at last, im in winter holiday! yeyeyey
wanna go back home ,,but i cant. Until my part time job ends.

Today's news
I finished presentation this morning. it was about the topic of my graduation thesis. I managed to come through it. i guess i became good at answering questions plausibly though i dont say my words without thinking deeply.
I had been worried about this presentation for about a week, so I was really relieved when finishing it, but i know its gonna be harder and harder from now.

Another one. I left my USB memory stick at Uni the other day. but fortunately i got it back. yokatta.
but i lost my favourite 4-coloured pens two in a row in a week. umm

Last one. My sis came along to Kobe for a part of job training. we had dinner together at a Spanish restautant. good to catch up with her.

I saw two today.
Too bad i couldnt take photo of them.

Isnt it rare to have wild boars on Uni campus??

If you wanna meet them(its really scary to meet them if its dark by the way), you should visit me and go up to uni. Night view and boars are only specialty of Kobe Uni, i can think of.
