Im experiencing different of view of each Pablic helth Ns.
My working city use to be 3 cities 2 years ago.
So, PHN has view by own city.
These are not bad, because Its fit the view to the trait of each city.
But, Its diffcult to arbitrate between these views.

今の保健センターに来て3ヶ月

それぞれの保健師の意見の違いを感じる

特に合併前にどこの市にいたかでずいぶん意見が違う気がする

吸収したほうの市にいた方々は、効率的な仕事をする感じ
吸収されたほうの町にいた方々は、もっと草の根的な感じ

それぞれの市町の特徴を踏まえてる考え方な気がする

どっちも悪くないはず

うまくお互い尊重しあえればいいんだよね

slim:やせる

I slimed down.
I was on a diet 3kg/3 month.
I really slimed down from this spring to summer, because I had many stresses and strains,
and the waight returned soon...
But this time, I successed healty dieting !!!!
Is this effect of Belly Dance ?
Maybe it is.

痩せたんです。予定外に

3ヶ月で3kg

春から夏にかけてストレスで激やせしたけど戻ってたのに・・

今回は健康的に痩せてってる !!!
お腹が少しへこんでくびれがきれいにできたよ

やっぱベリーダンス効果？
先生のマッサージも効いてそう☆

今日もBelly Danceレッスン☆

19時ころからだったからか
レッスンはMan-to-man

そしたら、最初の準備運動から
あたし、間違ってたことが発覚！

もっと左右前後に腹をくねらせ、頭は動かさない
が原則でした

さすがBELLYだけあるね☆
明日は腹筋痛いかもぉ

peak:やま

This 2days was peak of the job.
I checked up children of 4month old and 1.6 years old yesterday..
And today, I studied chidren at inspection class.
Thay maybe developmental disorder.
I need competence that I can notice important subtle action.
Its really hard !!! My brain was work well !!

ここ2日間、仕事のピーク

昨日1日で4ヶ月健診、1歳半健診
今日は、発達障害っぽいかも？なお子様たちの教室

どっちもお子様の細かくあやしい動きに注目しなくちゃいけなくて
めちゃ疲れるよ。。
頭フル回転 !!!

abroad:かいがい

I can get 10days off at March.
I should travel to abroad !!!
So, I almost decided this travel..
..I will go to Bath in England !!!
and study English again !!
The travel days are from 16th to 25th at March.
Im looking forward to going to Bath !!!

3月に10日ほどお休みがもらえそう☆
これは、海外旅行へ行かないとね !!!

で、ほとんど決めました

イギリスのBathへ行くつもりです !!!
ついでにまた語学留学してきます !!

期間は3月16日から25日

domestic:こくない

I planed dmestic travel in February with my friend.
We will travel to Shikoku.
I never known about Shikoku well.
It have a lot of vew points and nice Onsen !!!
Im looking forward to travel it !!

二月の連休に国内旅行へ行くことしました

場所は四国

沖縄とか、北海道とか、九州とか、伊豆とか、
すっごい迷ったけど
いろんな（主に予算）の事情もあり
四国へ !!!

四国って意外にいろんなものがあるのね
しらなかったぁ
温泉もよさげだし

She is in trouble day..

今日は妹の成人式

振袖着て、あちこち歩くには
大変な日になっちゃったね

I got a belly dance costume at New Year Eve ☆
I didnt intend getting the costume....
but.... I fall in love with it at first sight...
Its really lovery costume !!! Nice red dress !!
The pictuer is not good. The original red is more beautiful !
I will practice more.

I made travel book of UK at last !!!
I needed to make it about 2 years.
Sleeping pictueres revived to become a book.
My best photgraphic collection !!!!!
Im so happy ☆ and Turkey is next !!!

やぁっとイギリス旅行の写真の整理ができました
パソコンで編集して1冊の本にしてみたの

約2年もかかった・・
一度挫折したし

でも眠っていた写真たちが
生きかえったよ

われながらいいでき !!!
見るたびにうれしくなっちゃう☆

次はトルコ旅行を1冊にしたいよ

A Happy New Year, everyone !!!
My aim of this year is "Doing like me".
I always am able to do seem myself.
But, I make a conscious effot. I sometimes take too much.
So, lets enjoy this year with me.
