森のルーティン：動物たちの元気のひみつ

リスのリッキー、ウサギのウーちゃん、クマのクーちゃんは、毎朝のルーティンを欠かしません。

リッキーは、朝目覚めると「ジャンプチェック」！「ぴょん！」と木から木へ飛び移り、体のバランスを確認します。もし、枝にうまくつかまれない日があれば、少し休んで調整。「よし！今日も元気いっぱい！」と満足げにナッツを頬張ります。

ウーちゃんは「耳ピクピクテスト」。仲間がこっそり近づいて「そーっと…」と呼びかけると、すぐにピクリと耳が動くかチェックします。「ふむふむ…しっかり聞こえていますね！」と安心。続いて「歯研ぎチェック」。木の枝をかじりながら、「この枝、ちょうどいい固さ！」と嬉しそうに歯を研ぎ、健康を維持します。

クーちゃんは、朝の「はちみつ味見」。甘さを確認すると、「うん！今日も最高のはちみつです！」と満足げに味わいます。冬眠前にはしっかり栄養を蓄えるため、魚や木の実を食べて準備万端。さらに、「ぐるぐる歩きながら体温チェック！」と森をゆったり歩き、体をしっかり温めます。

今日は４月７日。世界保健デー！動物たちは、健康を守る朝のルーティンで、元気いっぱいの一日を始めました。



Forest Routine: The Secret to the Animals' Energy

Ricky the squirrel, Woo the rabbit, and Koo the bear never miss their morning routine.

Ricky starts his day with a “Jump Check”! "Boing!" He jumps from tree to tree, making sure he keeps his balance. If he doesn’t land well, he takes a break and tries again. "Alright! I feel great today!" he says, happily nibbling on some nuts.

Woo does the “Ear Twitch Test.” A friend sneaks up and softly calls, "Psst…" Woo’s ears quickly move. "Good! My ears are working fine!" he says. Then, he does the "Tooth Check." He chews on a branch. "This one is the perfect hardness!" he says, happily keeping his teeth strong.

Koo loves his “Honey Taste Test.” He checks the sweetness. "Mmm! This honey is perfect!" he says with a big smile. Before hibernation, he needs to store up energy, so he eats fish and berries. Then, he does his “Warm-Up Walk.” He slowly walks through the forest, warming up his body.

Today is April 7th – World Health Day! The animals start their day feeling strong and full of energy thanks to their healthy morning routine!
