森の小さな手仕事 〜動物たちの大切な時間〜

リスのリッキー、ウサギのウーちゃん、クマのクーちゃんは、花が好きです。

リッキーの「隠された宝物」小さな器に花を挿していきます。「森の恵みを大切に貯める。小さな器を集めて、細やかにいけるんだ」どんぐりの殻やクルミの殻にスズランやワスレナグサを添え、苔や小枝と組み合わせると、まるで小さな森の宝箱のようになります。「この細やかさが、森の美しさを引き出すんだ」

ウーちゃんの「広がる大地」花材を優しくくわえて水盤に運びます。「風のように自由にいける」と、細長い草やスイートピーを伸びやかに配置します。くるくると旋回しながら、草の先をそっと整えると、大地に広がる穏やかな風景が出来上がりました。「この広がりが、大地の息吹を感じさせるよ」

クーちゃんの「森の恵みの賛歌」力強く花材を選びます。「どっしりとした安定感が大事」と、切り株の器に太い枝と大きな葉を組み合わせます。ユリやヒマワリの堂々とした花が加わると、まるで森の守り神のようになります。「ここには、森の歴史と生命の力強さが詰まってるぞ」

今日6月6日は、いけばなの日。森の広場でいけばなを披露し、笑顔いっぱいの一日を過ごしました。



Little Hands in the Forest: A Special Day for the Animals


Ricky the Squirrel, U-chan the Rabbit, and Kuu-chan the Bear love flowers.

Ricky’s “Hidden Treasure” Ricky carefully places tiny flowers into small containers. “I love collecting nature’s gifts! I use tiny bowls to arrange each flower with care.” He decorates acorn shells and walnut shells with lily-of-the-valley and forget-me-nots, adding moss and twigs. “These little treasures make the forest even more beautiful!”

U-chan’s “Wide, Open Land” U-chan gently carries flowers in her mouth and places them in a shallow tray. “Flowers should be free, like the wind!” She arranges long grasses and sweet peas so they stretch and sway. She twirls playfully, adjusting the petals until they look like a peaceful, flowing landscape. “This soft and gentle shape feels just like the breath of the earth!”

Kuu-chan’s “Song of the Forest” Kuu-chan chooses strong branches and places them firmly. “Balance is important!” He uses a sturdy tree stump as a vase and fills it with thick leaves, lilies, and sunflowers. His arrangement looks like a guardian of the forest. “This holds the strength and wisdom of the trees!”

June 6th is Ikebana Day! The animals share their beautiful flower creations and spend a day full of smiles and happiness.
