Excelで印刷物を作って、印刷プレビューで確認したところ
1枚に収まっていない。こんなこと、よくありますよね。
Excel2010では、復活した「ファイル」から「印刷」をクリックすると
その画面自体が印刷プレビューです。
下を見ると「1/2ページ」と表示され、1枚に収まっていないことがわかります。
お!ここにいいメニューがあるではありませんか。
「拡大縮小なし」の▼をクリックすると、「シートを1ページに印刷」
すると・・・!
ちゃんと1ページに収まりましたよ。忙しい時などは便利。一発大逆転ですね。

Excel2003、Excel2007 では「印刷プレビュー」をクリックしてから
「ページ設定」をクリックすると、次のようなダイアログボックスが表示されます。
作った時の大きさが「100%」です。でも自分で拡大縮小のパーセントを変更すると
1回ではなかなかうまくいきません。
そこで、「次のページ数に合わせる」にチェックを入れると
ちゃんと自動計算してくれますので、簡単に1ページに収まります!
