Microsoft Windows Installer 再インストール

MSインストーラがエラー停止する
再インストールしてしまえ。
１．Windows Installer 4.5 RedistributableからWindowsXP-KB942288-v3-x86.exe をダウンロード。
２．コマンドプロンプトで以下を実行
cd \windows\system32
ren msi.dll msi.org
ren msihnd.dll msihnd.org
ren msiexec.exe msiexec.org
３．再起動
４．WindowsXP-KB942288-v3-x86.exe を実行
５．再起動
