Mr. Takebe wrote about Metajinja Shrine (賣太神社), so I will write what sounds to me.

The red figure below is a right triangle formed by connecting the three points of the Fujiwara no Fuhito's tomb, Okuboji temple (大窪寺) of Shikoku 88th tag place, and the Metajinja Shrine (賣太神社).

The yellow figure is a 2: 1: √3 right triangle formed by connecting the three points of the Fujiwara no Fuhito's tomb, the Shikoku 88th tag place, and the tomb of Fujiwara no Michimaro(藤原武智麻呂の墓) who is Fuhito's eldest son.

The place Fujiwara no Fuhito passed away is the Hieda Kango settlement (稗田の環濠集落).

In 1972, when I joined a housing company whose head office was in front of Nishinomiya Kitaguchi station at the time, I became a member of society and the field site I worked first time was the entrance to Hieda Kango (稗田環濠) in Yamatokoriyama City (大和郡山), Nara Prefecture.

At that time it was called Hieda Village (稗田村).

The dormitory of the company I joined first time was near Nigawa (仁川) in Nishinomiya City, and the next dormitory was Yamatokoriyama (大和郡山).

It was a cultural house that the company rented.

The second house was in the rice field, it took time about 10 minutes by bicycle to the office that was at the entrance of the residential area where about 1,000 houses planned to be completed at the entrance of Hieda (稗田).

At that time, I had never been to Hiedakango, but three years ago, I was thrilled to go to Hieda with Mr. Takebe for the first time, and it was something nostalgic, but very mysterious.

What kind of connection is Fujiwara no Fuhito and I ?

My life is too mysterious.

It's been a year since I was invited to the 1300th anniversary of the death  of Lord Fujiwara no Fuhito.
