志野茶碗 国宝 銘 卯の花垣

                                          

　     鉄絵に長石釉がかかり咲き乱れる卯の花のよう

　　　　口造り、高台のへらめなど自然である

　　　  赤の窯変が美しい

　　　 志野の名称は志野宗信の所持にちなんだという説もあったが、年代が符号しない

A kind of Oribe ware.It is generally said that it is began at kilns aroud Mino Kukur Ogaya.In the Azuchi-Momoyama periods,the ceramic technology in Seto developed sigunificantly due mostly to Oda Nobunaga's industrial policy and Furuta Oribe's tecnical instruction.
