It's snowing now in Fukushima city, Fukushima prefcture.

It'll be "The white Christmas" tomorrow?

Lake Kawaguchi Marathon

I ran the Lake Kawaguchi Marathon on Novenber 28, 2010.

It was good weather.

This marathon had 3 categories, marathon, around lake, fun run.

Runners were about 14,000.

The start was 7:30AM.

The tenperature was 5 degree C at the time.

This marathon had good scenery, Mt. Fuji and autumn leaves.

I could run enjoying this year, too.

Iizaka Hot Springs

When I went to the Iizaka hot springs, I walked around.

I went to Sabako-yu, there was the first hot spring at Iizaka.

And Matsuo Basho, famous haiku poet, took a hor spring with his pupil, Sora.



The former Horikiri's residence is near the Sabako-yu.

Horikiri famirily is honorable family in Japan.

They were active in poritics or economies.

There is open to the public. We can see the main house or storehouses.



And we can take the foot bath and hand bath. We can borrow a towel.



Atago-yama is a small mountain in Iizaka.

We can see the Iizaka or Fukushima city view.

Fukushima united FC

Last weekend, Saturday, I went to Azuma stadium in Fukushima city.

Fukushima United FC had a match with NEC Tokin FC at there.

Fukushima United FC is aiming J league.

And they are present the first round of the final of regianal league this weekend.

That league has three group.

And the 1st place of each group advance to the final round.

I hope they win that and promote to JFL.

JFL is the last step to promote to J league.

Hot Spring

I'm in Fukushima city now.

2 weeks ago, I went to Iizaka.

There is a famous hot spring.

We can go there by train, Fukushima Kotsu Iizaka line, from Fukushima station.

But I ran to there, about 10km.

However, I went there directly.

At first, I went to Juroku-numa park.

There was a beautiful marsh and autumn leaves.

And after that I ran to Iizaka Onsen, about 5km.

I went to "Sabako-yu" and took a hot spring.



That was good onsen!

And I walked around there.

There also was autumn leaves.

Fukushima City

I'm in Fukushima city, Fukushima prefecture.

Because, I'm making a business trip for 2 months.

It was first weekend today.

I can't go to gym during this business trip. Then I ran Abukuma river side.

Abukuma river was great!



I want to run there when it is a fine day.

V.S. Tokyo Verdy

Thespa kusatsu home game was held in Shoda soy-source stadium today.

Thespa Kusatsu had a match with Tokyo Verdy.



And the referee was Mr. Nishimura, he judged FIFA Wrold Cup in  South Africa.

The 1st half, Thespa Kusatsu took the lead.

Then, 1st half, 25 min, Thespa got a free kick.

Matsushita, Thespa's MF, shot the free kick. And he scored directly!

GREAT!

The 2nd half, Tokyo Verdy took the lead.

But Thespa defended strongly.

Thespa won Verdy 1 to nothing.

 

I thought it was good game today.

But I thought Thespa could get more 1 or 2 goals.

I want to win Thespa next game, too!

Echigo Yuzawa Cosmos Half Marathon

I ran the Echigo Yuzawa Cosmos Half Marathon on Sunday.

That half marathon was held in Yuzawa town, Niigata.



The day was a nice day!

It was started at 9:30 AM.

At first, we ran mountainside. It was little hard course.

And after that, we ran hot spring district in Yuzawa town.

We could see good scenary, mountain or cosmoses.

I finished 1:20:08.

It's my course record!

Crazy Marathon?

Today's news.

About 300,000 people subscribed for 2011 Tokyo Marathon.

I can't believe that.

The number limit is 32,000. 

Nearly 10 times.

I was surprised that there are many marathon runnner all over the world.

I want to run.
