Through the information from International Relations Office of Takasaki Municipal Office, Ｉ had an honor of guiding the group of visitors from City of Plzen (Pilsen) of Czech Republic. City of Takasaki and Plzen are specially affiliated as a Sister City and they had a special meeting at Takasaki City this year.
On the 29th of September, I met with a party of 12 Plzen representatives and 3 officers of Takasaki City at 11am at the Eastern Garden of Imperial Palace and walk around for about 2 hours (including carefree stretch on the glass of Honmaru area).
We used Czech language. Thanks for the kind assistance of Robin from Czech-Japanese Association with whose assistance we could have a really animated conversation. (YO)
