The wine attracts a person. Color, taste, fragrance ...
The taste that is not sweet at all. The incense such as a voluptuous rose does it at the moment when bitterness spreads in a mouth slightly. A smooth drink feeling. The sense that becomes hot at the moment when wine goes along the throat. The taste that I am still generous in a tongue that wine arrives at the stomach is left and feels happy. The taste of the wine is multifarious. The taste of this Bordeaux first grade is not the stuff which I can easily obtain. But I feel happiness. By the way, opened cork; taste of the wine of two hours later includes a change just after that. The taste that acidity of the fruit resists soon after having opened wine. However, the wine becomes sweet when wine touches oxygen. As for that time, it is very few. In addition, incense comes out of the wine with time. Life of the wine seemed to totally run out. The wine is a reason to be said to be a creature.
