Introduction to Rated Refrigeration Test of Room Air Conditioner

Test conditions
Test the rated cooling capacity of the room air conditioner under the following conditions:
The indoor dry bulb temperature is 27 ℃, the maximum deviation is ± 1 ℃, and the average deviation is ± 0.3 ℃; The wet bulb temperature is 19 ℃, the maximum deviation is ± 0.5 ℃, and the average deviation is ± 0.2 ℃;
The outdoor dry bulb temperature is 35 ℃, the maximum deviation is ± 1 ℃, and the average deviation is ± 0.3 ℃; The wet bulb temperature is 24 ℃, the maximum deviation is ± 0.5 ℃, and the average deviation is ± 0.2 ℃;
Except for the load change of starting or stopping the air conditioner, the change of power supply voltage is plus or minus 2%, and the change of frequency is plus or minus 1% of the rated frequency.

test method
Under the above test conditions, the test shall be conducted after continuous and stable operation for 1 hour.
Refrigerating capacity of room air conditioner can be measured by room calorimeter method or air enthalpy method;
The indoor calorimeter method is briefly introduced as an example.
The room calorimeter can be divided into standard calorimeter and balanced environment calorimeter. Due to limited space, only standard room calorimeters are described below. See the figure below for details.
Standard room calorimeter
The measured parameters are as follows:
1. Indoor side:
The total input power of indoor side, the enthalpy of water or steam used for humidification, the enthalpy of air-conditioning condensate discharged from indoor side to outdoor, the volume of condensate in the air conditioner, the heat leakage transferred from outdoor to indoor side through the intermediate partition wall, and the heat transferred from the external wall environment to indoor side through the wall, floor, ceiling (except the intermediate partition wall);
2. Outdoor side:
The heat taken away by the cooling coil in the outdoor side reprocessing device, the total input power of all equipment such as the outdoor side reheater fan, and the total input power of the air conditioner; At the temperature leaving the calorimeter compartment, the enthalpy value of the condensate discharged from the reprocessing device outside the room, the heat leakage from the outside of the room through the intermediate partition, and the heat leakage from the outside of the room;
