Third conditionals

Third conditional results with modal + perfect verb can be used to express how thing would have been different in the past. With modal + verb they can be used to express how things would be different now.

If I hadn't been five minutes late, I wouldn't be in this mess.

What is something that you did this week that you would change if you could?
