The world was stunned last week by the news that top members of President Donald Trump's cabinet had used Signal to discuss plans for a military operation.

Signal is an encrypted messaging app ,and popular among journalists and government officials. 

But current and former officials said,

Signal shouldn’t be used to discuss about military issues.

National Security Advisor Mike Waltz confirmed that he added Jeffrey Goldberg to Signal.

He said, "I take full responsibility. I built the group.  it was embarrassing".

But Trump continues to defend Waltz.Trump says Waltz is doing his best.

Hearing this news at first, I was surprised 

Trump hired amateurs for top jobs.

What's even more surprising is that no one has taken responsibility yet.
