Six years and two hundred and seventy-three days have passed since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep 27-time push-ups for the twenty-fourth consecutive day and
more than 15-time push-ups for the two hundred and twentieth successive day.

After a inermittent and sometimes a little heavy rain yesterday, today it's
beautifully sunny in Nagoya and it's not humid but crisp.
Weather ladies say these three days from today to Sunday will be nice and
perfect days to go somewhere.
I really want to enjoy such nice days, but actually I've got a painful canker again.
