It has been six years and two hundred and eighty-one days in a row since I broke free from smoking.
I was able to keep more than 15-time push-ups for the two hundred and twenty-eighth
straight day including the latest five days of 28-time push-ups.

It has been raining since early this morning but it's not actually so cold.
I could ride a bike in the rain without wearing a pair of gloves.
I must be careful about the typhoon #18 as it is now steadily approaching Nagoya.
By the way, I think North Korea launched a missile before the typhoon passes through Japan.
Anyway, let's survive this typhoon.
