Six years and one hundred and seventy-seven days in a row have passed since I got rid of my smoking habit.
I was able to keep over 15-time push-ups for the one hundred and twenty-fourth
straight day including the most recent three days of 23 times of them.
It's beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there were no clouds in the blue skies
on my way way to the workplace.
And I was able to enjoy seeing the sharply-defined Ontake in the distance
from the bridge near my workplace.
Weather officials say the rainy season may start this week, so such a nice day
might be the last before it.
Anyway, I have to enjoy today's sunlight.
