The Project Executive is accoutable for the project. The Executive makes the final decisions on the project. The Executive is chairperson of the Project Board and is owner of the Business Case. S/he is supported by the Senior User and Senior Supplier. The Executive must ensure that the project delivers value for money. The Executive role cannot be shared. There should be only one Executive on a Project Board.
